{"id":38161,"date":"2019-06-21T14:45:09","date_gmt":"2019-06-21T19:45:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38161"},"modified":"2019-06-21T14:45:11","modified_gmt":"2019-06-21T19:45:11","slug":"amlo-apuesta-con-inversion-en-el-salvador","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38161","title":{"rendered":"Amlo apuesta con inversi\u00f3n en El Salvador"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Como parte del Plan de Desarrollo para Centroam\u00e9rica, este viernes el Gobierno federal anunci\u00f3 que invertir\u00e1\u00a0<strong>100 millones de d\u00f3lares en Centroam\u00e9rica\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El secretario de Relaciones Exteriores, Marcelo Ebrard, destac\u00f3 que, \u00abel d\u00eda de ayer, en el encuentro con el presidente de El Salvador, Nayib Bukele, se dio inicio\u00a0<strong>al programa de cooperaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s grande<\/strong>\u00a0que M\u00e9xico haya hecho con Centroam\u00e9rica. Se van a invertir 100 millones de d\u00f3lares para implementar el programa &#8216;Sembrando Vida&#8217;, o un programa muy parecido, en El Salvador y despu\u00e9s en Guatemala y Honduras\u00bb.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los recursos para este proyecto se tomar\u00e1n del Fondo Yucat\u00e1n y se canalizar\u00e1n a trav\u00e9s de\u00a0<strong>la Agencia Mexicana de Cooperaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, se\u00f1al\u00f3 el canciller.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSe utilizar\u00e1n los recursos del Fondo Yucat\u00e1n, incluido en el Presupuesto de la Federaci\u00f3n, aprobado por todas las fuerzas pol\u00edticas. El Fondo Yucat\u00e1n est\u00e1 para inversiones en Centroam\u00e9rica. Lo vamos a ejercer porque de qu\u00e9 nos sirve tenerlo ah\u00ed\u00bb, indic\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>D\u00edas atr\u00e1s, el secretario de Relaciones Exteriores afirmaba que ese fondo tiene\u00a02 mil millones de pesos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Detall\u00f3 que se entregar\u00e1n de inmediato 30 millones para la siembra de 50 mil hect\u00e1reas en el pa\u00eds centroamericano, como parte del programa de reforestaci\u00f3n Sembrando Vida<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cDesde ma\u00f1ana mismo empezamos a cambiar las condiciones de personas que se ven obligadas a migrar por pobreza, violencia o desesperanza\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos pa\u00edses ponen ahora un ejemplo de cooperaci\u00f3n internacional, dado a que no existe otro programa similar de ese
