Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2019-2024"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Por primera vez en la historia, este documento fue revisado y votado por el \u00f3rgano legislativo, de acuerdo con el presidente de la C\u00e1mara baja, Porfirio Mu\u00f1oz Ledo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2019-2024 (PND), contiene los lineamientos generales a seguir en materia de Pol\u00edtica y Gobierno, Pol\u00edtica Social, Econom\u00eda y un Ep\u00edlogo con Visi\u00f3n 2024.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Est\u00e1 estructurado por tres ejes generales que agrupan los problemas p\u00fablicos identificados a trav\u00e9s del Sistema Nacional de Planeaci\u00f3n Democr\u00e1tica: 1) Justicia y Estado de Derecho; 2) Bienestar; 3) Desarrollo econ\u00f3mico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Define tres ejes transversales: 1) Igualdad de g\u00e9nero, no discriminaci\u00f3n e inclusi\u00f3n; 2) Combate a la corrupci\u00f3n y mejora de la gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica; 3) Territorio y desarrollo sostenible.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estos tres ejes se refieren a las caracter\u00edsticas que agudizan los problemas a los que se enfrenta M\u00e9xico y cuya atenci\u00f3n deber\u00e1 estar presente en todo el proceso que siguen las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas; es decir, desde su dise\u00f1o hasta su implementaci\u00f3n en el territorio por el Gobierno de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Plan Nacional de Desarrollo 2019-2024 estar\u00e1 regido por 12 principios, entre los que destaca el de la \u2018Econom\u00eda para el bienestar\u2019, en donde reitera que habr\u00e1 austeridad, disciplina fiscal, cese del endeudamiento, respeto a las decisiones aut\u00f3nomas del Banco de M\u00e9xico, creaci\u00f3n de empleos, fortalecimiento del mercado interno, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En su interior, se destaca que el plan nacional potenciar\u00e1 la capacidad productiva de M\u00e9xico en los siguientes 20 a\u00f1os, asegurando un uso eficiente y responsable de los recursos naturales, y de las capacidades de su poblaci\u00f3n, y facilitando la convergencia de las regiones y sectores rezagados hacia los niveles de crecimiento de las regiones m\u00e1s productivas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Fuente:
