{"id":38397,"date":"2019-07-08T12:48:55","date_gmt":"2019-07-08T17:48:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38397"},"modified":"2019-09-27T16:33:26","modified_gmt":"2019-09-27T21:33:26","slug":"transformacion-innovadora","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38397","title":{"rendered":"Transformaci\u00f3n innovadora"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>Un novedoso hostel boutique abri\u00f3 sus puertas con una inversi\u00f3n&nbsp;<\/strong><strong>de 4 mdd en las instalaciones del antiguo hospital Total Assist<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>U<\/strong>n inmueble por a\u00f1os abandonado y la voluntad de un grupo de amigos que decidieron invertir parte de su capital en un proyecto hotelero diferente dio origen a Agua y Fuego Hostal Boutique and Beach Club, ubicado en el centro de Canc\u00fan, el cual abri\u00f3 sus puertas recientemente para ofrecer a sus clientes un novedoso centro de hospedaje que cuenta tanto con habitaciones comunales como suites para parejas, adem\u00e1s de diversas amenidades.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\/i0.wp.com\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/HostelAguayFuego.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38402\" width=\"123\" height=\"273\"\/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>Marcos Constandse Madrazo, presidente del Consejo Directivo de Grupo Tierra y Mar, detall\u00f3 que para el desarrollo del proyecto invirtieron cuatro millones de d\u00f3lares. \u201cEste hostel naci\u00f3 el a\u00f1o pasado de la idea de un grupo de amigos, la mayor\u00eda de la tercera edad, que de repente nos dimos cuenta que en poco tiempo se habilitaron casi mil camas de hostales con tem\u00e1tica mexicana, por lo que decidimos hacer un hostal dentro de las tarifas convencionales pero diferente, y le llamamos Agua y Fuego\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El empresario agreg\u00f3 que por una tarifa de nueve d\u00f3lares el hu\u00e9sped tendr\u00e1 desayuno incluido, adem\u00e1s de que podr\u00e1 hacer uso de las instalaciones, como el lounge de playa y roof garden, el cual cuenta con sauna, vapor, jacuzzi; tambi\u00e9n se dispone de gimnasio, boliche, mesas de ping pong y futbolito. \u201cBuscamos introducir un nuevo concepto de hostal con una tarifa competitiva dando una calidad de servicios m\u00e1s alta en instalaciones de primera; se trata del primer hostel beach club que hay en M\u00e9xico\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignleft is-resized\"><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\/i0.wp.com\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hotel-AyF.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38399\" width=\"303\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hotel-AyF.jpg 498w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hotel-AyF-300x198.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hotel-AyF-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 303px) 100vw, 303px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>La oferta del hostel incluye acceso VIP a Playa Caracol, donde se renov\u00f3 un club de playa para los hu\u00e9spedes de Agua y Fuego. Se cuenta asimismo con restaurante y agencia de viajes para que los clientes soliciten ah\u00ed todos los tours que deseen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cEl mercado hostelero se est\u00e1 modificando en el mundo; ahora hay viajeros <em>millennials<\/em> que prefieren gastar poco en su hospedaje y tienen menos capital disponible para sus habitaciones, entonces est\u00e1n llegando personas de entre 20 y 40 a\u00f1os de edad; hay amigos nuestros hoteleros que ya est\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n en esta l\u00ednea; en Isla Mujeres van a abrir un hostel y en Tulum otro con caracter\u00edsticas similares, del grupo The Monkeys\u201d, apunt\u00f3.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Agua y Fuego Hostal Boutique and Beach Club se ubica en el antiguo hospital Total Assist, y a tan solo una semana de haber entrado a los portales de reservaci\u00f3n m\u00e1s importantes ya ten\u00edan habitaciones comprometidas para turistas norteamericanos y europeos. El promedio de ocupaci\u00f3n previsto para el primer a\u00f1o de operaci\u00f3n es de 65%, aunque Constandse aclar\u00f3 que con 50% llegan a su punto de equilibrio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Cabe mencionar que todo el hostel est\u00e1 decorado al estilo mexicano y la fachada frontal luce un grafiti espectacular, obra del artista Leonardo Tezcucano.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\"><figure class=\"alignright is-resized\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"\/\/i0.wp.com\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hostel-AyF.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-38400\" width=\"316\" height=\"210\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hostel-AyF.jpg 532w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hostel-AyF-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/07\/Hostel-AyF-263x175.jpg 263w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 316px) 100vw, 316px\" \/><\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cLa hosteler\u00eda es muy vieja, se conoci\u00f3 por mucho tiempo como de hospedaje para mochileros y es una tendencia que est\u00e1 muy fuerte ahora. Holiday Inn y Marriott ya anunciaron que tendr\u00e1n hostales, creemos que es una tendencia que tendr\u00e1 duraci\u00f3n en el mercado\u201d, indic\u00f3 el empresario, quien agreg\u00f3 que Grupo Tierra y Mar tiene en la mira desarrollar un proyecto similar en Puerto Morelos, pero a\u00fan est\u00e1 en la etapa de planeaci\u00f3n. <strong>(Antonia
