{"id":38422,"date":"2019-07-09T13:05:30","date_gmt":"2019-07-09T18:05:30","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38422"},"modified":"2021-03-01T11:45:34","modified_gmt":"2021-03-01T16:45:34","slug":"el-cptq-tendra-novedosa-aplicacion-movil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38422","title":{"rendered":"El CPTQ tendr\u00e1 novedosa aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><strong>A trav\u00e9s del an\u00e1lisis de los perfiles y comportamiento de los viajeros, el Caribe Mexicano promover\u00e1 eficazmente los atractivos de sus destinos. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Con el objetivo de tener una interacci\u00f3n eficiente entre los proveedores tur\u00edsticos y los visitantes del Caribe Mexicano, el Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de Quintana Roo contar\u00e1 con un Sistema de Inteligencia de Mercados Tur\u00edsticos, que facilitar\u00e1 indicadores precisos del perfil del turista, su comportamiento, sus preferencias y su percepci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Benjam\u00edn Jim\u00e9nez, director ejecutivo de Planeaci\u00f3n Estrat\u00e9gica del Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de Quintana Roo, explic\u00f3 que el sistema presentado consta de tres m\u00f3dulos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>Indicadores de desempe\u00f1o. Con m\u00e1s de 60 mil encuestas realizadas a la fecha en 11 destinos, se conoce hoy el perfil, procedencia, comportamiento de compra y motivaciones de viaje ligadas a sentimientos, segmentando de manera innovadora a los turistas en tribus viajeras con intereses similares, lo que permite hacer an\u00e1lisis m\u00e1s preciso con la finalidad de hacer m\u00e1s eficaz la mercadotecnia y la promoci\u00f3n del estado. <\/li><li>Tendencias globales. Se podr\u00e1n analizar las tendencias de viaje como de factores socio-econ\u00f3micos de los principales mercados de origen, as\u00ed como de los destinos y pa\u00edses competidores.<\/li><li>Travel Intelligence. Esta plataforma digital, por medio del an\u00e1lisis masivo de datos en l\u00ednea permitir\u00e1 conocer el comportamiento de compra de vuelos, reservaciones hoteleras, as\u00ed como recopilar las percepciones de los turistas acerca de su experiencia en los destinos.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Los indicadores de desempe\u00f1o estar\u00e1n disponibles en el sitio web del Consejo de Promoci\u00f3n Tur\u00edstica de Quintana Roo, y posteriormente, en una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil que presentar\u00e1 los resultados obtenidos de los tres m\u00f3dulos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Esta informaci\u00f3n ser\u00e1 una herramienta para que el sector tur\u00edstico atienda y satisfaga exitosamente las necesidades de cada turista ofreciendo experiencias
