{"id":38671,"date":"2019-07-31T10:31:46","date_gmt":"2019-07-31T15:31:46","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38671"},"modified":"2019-07-31T10:32:09","modified_gmt":"2019-07-31T15:32:09","slug":"estas-son-las-aerolineas-con-mas-quejas-en-profeco","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=38671","title":{"rendered":"Estas son las aerol\u00edneas con m\u00e1s quejas en Profeco"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>En lo que va del a\u00f1o, la <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Procuradur\u00eda Federal del Consumidor (Profeco) <\/span>ha recibido mil 677 quejas contra aerol\u00edneas que prestan sus servicios en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Dio a conocer que de ese total, 78% fueron conciliadas, con beneficios para los usuarios afectados.<\/p>\n<h2>Con m\u00e1s quejas de pasajeros<\/h2>\n<p>A trav\u00e9s de un comunicado, la <span style=\"color: #000000;\">Profeco <\/span>inform\u00f3 que entre las aerol\u00edneas con m\u00e1s quejas son:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Aerov\u00edas de M\u00e9xico, S.A. de C.V. (<a href=\"http:\/\/Aeromexico\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aeromexico<\/span><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Aeroenlaces Nacionales, S.A. de C.V. (<a href=\"http:\/\/volaris facturacion\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Volaris<\/span><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>ABC Aerol\u00edneas, S.A. de C.V. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.interjet.com\/es-mx\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Interjet<\/span><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Concesionaria Vuela Compa\u00f1\u00eda de Aviaci\u00f3n, Sapi de C.V. (<a href=\"https:\/\/www.vivaaerobus.com\/mx\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Viva Aerob\u00fas<\/span><\/a>)<\/li>\n<li>Transportes <a href=\"http:\/\/Aeromar\" data-wplink-url-error=\"true\"><span style=\"color: #0000ff;\">Aeromar<\/span><\/a>, S.A. de C.V.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Principales quejas<\/h2>\n<p>Entre los principales motivos de reclamaci\u00f3n se encuentran:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Cancelaciones, demoras y retrasos de vuelos<\/li>\n<li>Cobros o cargos indebidos<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9rdida o deterioro de equipaje<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>La Profeco inform\u00f3 adem\u00e1s que por todas esas quejas, el monto de sanciones es de 7 millones 580 mil 272.54 pesos.<\/p>\n<p>Seguramente, esta cifra se mover\u00e1 durante este mes, para anexar las m\u00e1s de 5 mil quejas de los usuarios afectados por Interjet, que esta semana ha cancelado y demorado muchos vuelos.<\/p>\n<p>Profeco recuerda a la poblaci\u00f3n que tiene a su disposici\u00f3n varios canales para recibir sus quejas y denuncias, entre las que se encuentran sus redes sociales, Twitter: @AtencionProfeco y en Facebook: ProfecoOficial.<\/p>\n<p>Informaci\u00f3n relacionada:\u00a0<span
