Al comer estos alimentos tambi\u00e9n estamos llevando a nuestro organismo una buena dosis de micropl\u00e1sticos.<\/p>\n<p>La Organizaci\u00f3n de las Naciones Unidas para la Alimentaci\u00f3n y la Agricultura (FAO) advierte sobre los riesgos de esto para la salud humana.<br \/>\nA trav\u00e9s de un reporte, indica que m\u00e1s de 220 especies ingieren desechos micropl\u00e1sticos en condiciones naturales, muchas de ellas consumidas por humanos.<\/p>\n<p>Un grupo de expertos de la ONU evalu\u00f3 el impacto potencial de estos micropl\u00e1sticos y los contaminantes asociados.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38697 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"750\" height=\"450\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1.jpg 750w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1-300x180.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1-210x125.jpg 210w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1-208x125.jpg 208w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1-327x196.jpg 327w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1-500x300.jpg 500w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/mariscos-1-293x176.jpg 293w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Los riesgos son para la salud de los consumidores, pero tambi\u00e9n hay implicaciones ecol\u00f3gicas para los organismos acu\u00e1ticos.<\/p>\n<p>Estos micropl\u00e1sticos se han encontrado en diversos alimentos consumidos por seres humanos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Pescados<\/li>\n<li>Mariscos<\/li>\n<li>Cerveza<\/li>\n<li>Miel<\/li>\n<li>Sal de mesa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/ostras.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38698 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/ostras.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"728\" height=\"485\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/ostras.jpg 728w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/ostras-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/ostras-525x350.jpg 525w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 728px) 100vw, 728px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<blockquote><p><span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><em>\u201cSi hablamos de animales o pescados peque\u00f1os que se consumen enteros, cualquier animal marino que se consuma con el intestino, los humanos estamos expuestos a la ingesta de esos micropl\u00e1sticos que previamente han ingerido en el medio marino\u201d<\/em><\/span>.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>A esto le sumamos que los humanos est\u00e1n expuestos a contaminantes asociados a los pl\u00e1sticos a trav\u00e9s de diversas fuentes como el agua, el aire y alimentos como los pescados grasos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cerveza-y-pescado.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone wp-image-38699 size-full\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cerveza-y-pescado.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"600\" height=\"400\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cerveza-y-pescado.jpg 600w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cerveza-y-pescado-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/cerveza-y-pescado-525x350.jpg 525w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<h2>Panorama desalentador<\/h2>\n<p>La producci\u00f3n y el uso de micropl\u00e1sticos en el mundo aument\u00f3 exponencialmente, desde la d\u00e9cada de 1950 hasta alcanzar m\u00e1s de 320 millones de toneladas en 2015.<\/p>\n<p>Y para colmo, la demanda de productos pl\u00e1sticos sigue aumentando.
