Que ese recurso sea para el sector salud.<\/p>\n<p>Y de paso, que haya menos ventas de estos productos, para que mejore la salud de los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>Hay que tener presente que el impuesto se traslada directo al cliente final, es decir, a los consumidores.<\/p>\n<p>La idea es del legislador Alfonso Ram\u00edrez Cu\u00e9llar, presidente de la Comisi\u00f3n de Presupuesto y Cuenta P\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/diputado-cuellar.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-38964\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/diputado-cuellar.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"660\" height=\"371\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/diputado-cuellar.jpg 660w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/diputado-cuellar-300x169.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Seg\u00fan \u00e9l, es conveniente actualizar la medida del Impuesto Especial Sobre Producci\u00f3n y Servicios (IEPS) aplicado al tabaco, bebidas alcoh\u00f3licas y azucaradas, para inyectar recursos al sistema de salud en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que el dinero que capten por el IEPS lo destinen a programas del sector salud relacionados con enfermedades por el consumo de esos productos.<\/p>\n<p>Es decir, prevenci\u00f3n, detecci\u00f3n y tratamiento de:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Desnutrici\u00f3n<\/li>\n<li>Sobrepeso<\/li>\n<li>Obesidad<\/li>\n<li>Enfermedades cr\u00f3nico degenerativas<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/impuestos-alcohol-cigarros-refrescos.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-38961\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/impuestos-alcohol-cigarros-refrescos.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"400\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/impuestos-alcohol-cigarros-refrescos.jpg 400w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/08\/impuestos-alcohol-cigarros-refrescos-300x188.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 400px) 100vw, 400px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que estos impuestos a los alimentos no esenciales altos en contenido cal\u00f3rico, busca inhibir los h\u00e1bitos de consumo de la poblaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>A\u00f1adi\u00f3 que esos productos derivan en altos costos de atenci\u00f3n en el sector salud (555 mil millones de pesos al a\u00f1o) y en baja productividad.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso pide que en el paquete econ\u00f3mico 2020 se \u201cactualice\u201d el IEPS.<\/p>\n<h2>Obrador y l\u00edder de Morena dicen que no<\/h2>\n<p>En tanto, el coordinador de la bancada de Morena, Mario Delgado Carrillo, descart\u00f3 un posible aumento al IEPS de tabasco y bebidas azucaradas.<br \/>\nAlgo similar dijo el presidente Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador en su conferencia ma\u00f1anera del mi\u00e9rcoles.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><em>\u201cLe informo a los mexicanos que no subiremos ni crearemos m\u00e1s impuestos. Vamos a utilizar todos los tiempos para fomentar el deporte y la buena alimentaci\u00f3n, que no es sin\u00f3nimo de abundancia sino de buen comer\u201d.<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Obrador insisti\u00f3 que as\u00ed como a esos productos no le van a subir los impuestos, tampoco a la gasolina, gas y energ\u00eda.<\/p>\n<p>Las bebidas azucaradas tuvieron un ajuste del IEPS en enero de 2018, al pasar de 1.00 a 1.17 pesos por litro.<\/p>\n<p>Recordemos que el IEPS surgi\u00f3 en 2014, con la misma idea; inhibir su consumo y mejorar la salud de los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, de entonces a la fecha, las ventas de esos productos no han bajado; incluso, han registrado incrementos.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Un diputado de Morena propone aumentar
