{"id":39074,"date":"2019-08-20T16:20:55","date_gmt":"2019-08-20T21:20:55","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=39074"},"modified":"2019-08-20T16:21:03","modified_gmt":"2019-08-20T21:21:03","slug":"va-el-sat-por-18-mil-negocios-informales","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=39074","title":{"rendered":"Va el SAT por 18 mil negocios informales"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Con el programa \u201cS\u00famate\u201d, el Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT) pretende meter a la formalidad a m\u00e1s de 18 mil 500 negocios en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n<p>La idea es formalizarlos mediante su incorporaci\u00f3n al R\u00e9gimen de Incorporaci\u00f3n Fiscal (RIF) o asesorarlos en la facturaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>El programa &#8216;S\u00famate&#8217; busca llegar en los pr\u00f3ximos cuatro meses a 12 estados del pa\u00eds; Ciudad de M\u00e9xico es la entidad en la que arranc\u00f3.<\/p>\n<p>Los siguientes ser\u00e1n Nuevo Le\u00f3n y Guanajuato, seg\u00fan las previsiones.<\/p>\n<p>Pero no es un programa nuevo, sino m\u00e1s bien una evoluci\u00f3n de los programas ya existentes con ese mismo objetivo:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2006, con las administraciones panistas, se nombr\u00f3 Programa de Actualizaci\u00f3n y Registro<\/li>\n<li>En el sexenio de Enrique Pe\u00f1a Nieto se denomin\u00f3 Crezcamos Juntos.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2>Inici\u00f3 en la CDMX<\/h2>\n<p>Este martes \u201cS\u00famate\u201d lleg\u00f3 al Mercado Medell\u00edn, en la colonia Roma Sur.<\/p>\n<p>Ah\u00ed estuvo el secretario de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico (SHCP), Arturo Herrera, y la jefa de Gobierno de la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico, Claudia Sheinbaum.<\/p>\n<p>Margarita R\u00edos-Farjat, jefa del SAT, rechaz\u00f3 que se trate de un programa recaudatorio, aunque \u201cno tiene nada de malo contribuir a la naci\u00f3n para los gastos p\u00fablicos\u201d.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p>\u201cSu finalidad es atacar la informalidad para darles seguridad a las personas. No hay que tenerle miedo a la formalidad\u00bb.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 que 56.3 por ciento de la poblaci\u00f3n ocupada en M\u00e9xico est\u00e1 en la informalidad, por lo que el objetivo de este programa es reducir ese porcentaje.<\/p>\n<p>Servicios que se ofrecer\u00e1n en el Programa S\u00famate:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Inscripci\u00f3n al Registro Federal de Contribuyentes (RFC)<\/li>\n<li>P\u00e9rdidas de contrase\u00f1a<\/li>\n<li>Facturar al Buz\u00f3n Tributario<\/li>\n<li>Reanudar actividades<\/li>\n<li>Emitir una opini\u00f3n de cumplimiento con el
