Este nueva propuesta se localiza sobre la avenida Huayac\u00e1n, en una superficie de 28 hect\u00e1reas, en la zona en la que el grupo ha afincado los importantes proyectos Cumbres, Palmaris y Arbolada.<\/p>\n<p>Aqua Residencial dispone de lotes unifamiliares que van desde los 160 m2 hasta los 250 m2, y cuenta con \u00e1reas de uso condominal y comerciales en su interior, lo que complementa el concepto de \u201ccomunidad integral\u201d dise\u00f1ado por el arquitecto Ricardo Alvarado.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cEn su primera etapa Aqua cuenta con 200 lotes y tres zonas de reserva, aunque el n\u00famero de lotes se incrementar\u00e1 o disminuir\u00e1 dependiendo de las necesidades del mercado. Esperamos que el \u00e9xito de nuestros fraccionamientos anteriores se replique en este proyecto, ya que pr\u00e1cticamente est\u00e1n vendidos en su totalidad, en el caso de Cumbres y Palmaris; en el caso de Arbolada tenemos vendido el 60%\u201d, afirma Edgar Villajuana, director general del Grupo Inmobiliario Cumbres.<\/p>\n<p>A la fecha este Grupo, conformado en 2005, ha desarrollado m\u00e1s de 120 hect\u00e1reas en cinco fraccionamientos residenciales, cinco centros comerciales y otros proyectos tur\u00edsticos, que lo establecen como un referente tanto a nivel nacional como internacional gracias al destacado dise\u00f1o y concepto de las comunidades que ha
