los viajeros.<\/p>\n<p>La gastronom\u00eda mexicana ha sido reconocida como patrimonio a nivel mundial.<\/p>\n<p>En M\u00e9xico, Cada estado ofrece un platillo representativo que da muestra de la cocina tradicional.<\/p>\n<p>El 16 de noviembre celebramos el D\u00eda Nacional de la Gastronom\u00eda Mexicana, como recordatorio de la riqueza culinaria que caracteriza a nuestro pa\u00eds y le ha valido el reconocimiento de la UNESCO como Patrimonio Cultural Inmaterial de la Humanidad desde 2010.<\/p>\n<p>Gracias a su contexto hist\u00f3rico, de identidad nacional, creatividad, diversidad y trascendencia, mediante sus sabores y olores, la gastronom\u00eda mexicana goza de fama global.<\/p>\n<p>De norte a sur, se cuenta con comida t\u00edpica en cada entidad, que forma parte de su orgullo cultural y de la oferta para turistas nacionales y extranjeros que visitan cada uno de sus destinos.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, <span style=\"color: #ff0000;\"><a style=\"color: #ff0000;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.clickbus.com.mx\/es\/\">ClickBus<\/a> <\/span>recomienda los siguientes platillos emblem\u00e1ticos de algunos estados de la Rep\u00fablica, para que planees un viaje que te permita consentir al paladar y probar los sabores que definen al pa\u00eds:<\/p>\n<h2>Quintana Roo y Yucat\u00e1n: Tikin Xic<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Guisado de pescado al estilo quintanarroense y yucateco.<\/li>\n<li>Es vistoso por la salsa de achiote, preparado en jugo de naranja, semillas de annatto y sazonado con comino, clavo y pimienta negra.<\/li>\n<li>La salsa es t\u00edpica de la pen\u00ednsula y el pescado se cocina sobre las brazas entre c\u00e1scaras de coco.<\/li>\n<li>Tikin Xic podr\u00eda traducirse como \u00abaleta de pescado seca\u00bb, aunque al probarlo prepara con sal y especias ligeras, mientras se asa en brasas con una varilla ensartada.<\/li>\n<li>Esta combinaci\u00f3n hace que su sabor sea suave.<\/li>\n<li>Se puede acompa\u00f1ar de guacamole, la convergencia entre la cocina espa\u00f1ola y la prehisp\u00e1nica.<\/li>\n<li>La combinaci\u00f3n de los embutidos de carne de cerdo con el chile serrano, el cilantro, tomatillo, espinaca, pepitas, laurel, cilantro y or\u00e9gano, permite tener una variedad de color verde y delicioso sabor.<\/li>\n<li>Las maneras de prepararlo son diversas, pero destacan los molcajetes de este ingrediente, 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/h2>\n<h2>Huasteca Potosina: Zacahuil<\/h2>\n<ul>\n<li>Su definici\u00f3n es sencilla: \u00abun tamal colosal\u00bb.<\/li>\n<li>Procede de la Huasteca Potosina, una regi\u00f3n constituida por el norte de Veracruz, sur de Tamaulipas y algunos municipios de San Luis Potos\u00ed, Puebla e Hidalgo.<\/li>\n<li>Lo preparan con masa de ma\u00edz martajada, cocinada con manteca de cerdo y relleno de chiles molidos, especias y prote\u00ednas como pollo, carne, pescado o una combinaci\u00f3n de todas.<\/li>\n<li>Al ser tan grande, en ocasiones se a\u00f1ade la carne de un guajolote entero.<\/li>\n<li>Su cocci\u00f3n se hace entre hojas de pl\u00e1tano, amarrado con mecate e introducido en un horno de le\u00f1a, de preferencia bajo tierra.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h2><a quebradiza.<\/li>\n<li>En el Valle Central de Oaxaca se acompa\u00f1a con manteca, quesillo, frijoles, tasajo asado, aguacate y salsa.<\/li>\n<li>Las recetas contempor\u00e1neas agregan camarones,
