Asencio<\/strong> <\/p><p><a href=\"mailto:david.asencio@arycia.mx\">david.asencio@arycia.mx<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>M<\/strong>\u00e9xico, nuestro pa\u00eds, est\u00e1 hoy en una situaci\u00f3n de incertidumbre, de trasformaci\u00f3n, y la participaci\u00f3n de todos ser\u00e1 importante para poder sacar lo mejor de nuestra patria.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Los mexicanos hemos demostrado que en los momentos m\u00e1s dif\u00edciles es cuando presentamos nuestra fuerza de ayuda, de solidaridad, de uni\u00f3n, de trabajo en equipo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Y es ah\u00ed donde nuestro sector empresarial puede poner su granito de arena para lograr que el pa\u00eds brinde ese plus que se requiere para salir adelante, y eso lo vamos a lograr entendiendo que:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u2018El colaborador m\u00e1s productivo es aquel que realiza y hace lo que le apasiona\u2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El hecho de que actualmente 92% de la poblaci\u00f3n laboralmente activa se desarrolle en una actividad solo por cubrir una necesidad econ\u00f3mica es algo que tiene que cambiar y en lo que tenemos que aplicarnos, ya que es un factor determinante para esta crisis.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfCu\u00e1ntas de las personas que colaboran en tu equipo o empresa solo est\u00e1n ah\u00ed por la prestaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica? \u00bfCu\u00e1ntos de ellos est\u00e1n disfrutando su labor?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Seria excelente empezar el cambio conociendo estas estad\u00edsticas, porque de ah\u00ed pasaremos a la segunda parte y esa es lograr que el mismo colaborador determine: \u00bfCu\u00e1n productivo puede ser en su equipo? \u00bfCu\u00e1l ser\u00e1 su aportaci\u00f3n extra? \u00bfCu\u00e1l es su propuesta de mejora?&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, al empresario le corresponde concentrarse en aplicar programas de calidad y sistemas que permitan que el colaborador tenga las herramientas necesarias y que logre desarrollar su pasi\u00f3n laboral; existe un salario emocional que nos permite buscar elementos para generar colaboradores felices.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>A prop\u00f3sito de ello, quiero agradecer a Grupo Editorial Latitud 21,
