{"id":40845,"date":"2020-01-10T17:37:29","date_gmt":"2020-01-10T22:37:29","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=40845"},"modified":"2020-03-10T18:55:15","modified_gmt":"2020-03-10T23:55:15","slug":"bienvenido-2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=40845","title":{"rendered":"BIENVENIDO 2020"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Empl\u00e9ate<\/strong><br><strong>David Asencio<\/strong><\/p><p><a href=\"mailto:david.asencio@arycia.mx\">david.asencio@arycia.mx<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>C<\/strong>ada inicio de a\u00f1o se nos presenta la gran oportunidad de hacer un alto en el camino e iniciar nuevos proyectos y nuevos procesos de vida.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Metas diferentes, formas y procesos m\u00e1s efectivos y sobre todo una conciencia m\u00e1s realista.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Este 2020 ser\u00e1 un a\u00f1o de mucho trabajo y grandes oportunidades y todas las empresas que buscan un proceso de crecimiento estar\u00e1n concentrando sus esfuerzos y programas en generar colaboradores felices, ya que ese ser\u00e1 el tema del a\u00f1o.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ninguna empresa podr\u00e1 darse el lujo de desperdiciar su talento humano y deber\u00e1n para ello ejercer procesos efectivos que involucren a los colaboradores y los hagan part\u00edcipes de las metas y objetivos de la compa\u00f1\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ya lo dijo nuestro CEO de Dolphin Discovery, maestro <strong>Eduardo Albor<\/strong>, en su presentaci\u00f3n de la nueva marca, que complementar\u00e1, dar\u00e1 apellido y permitir\u00e1 estandarizar todas las marcas que integran ahora The Dolphin Company.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La f\u00f3rmula del \u00e9xito es trabajar, trabajar, trabajar, y nos debe quedar claro que el maestro <strong>Albor<\/strong> tiene muy bien definida la idea de que trabajar es hacer las cosas con pasi\u00f3n y sobre todo con fe, y as\u00ed lo se\u00f1ala cada que platica con nosotros, sus colaboradores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si amas, hazlo con pasi\u00f3n, si trabajas, que sea en algo que disfrutes, si bailas hazlo con toda la alegr\u00eda que puedas, si haces deporte, corre, suda, hazlo con toda la energ\u00eda que tengas que ponerle, no olvides que tu pasi\u00f3n es la fuente de tu vida. Y de todo lo que hagas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Si despu\u00e9s de un d\u00eda de descanso sientes alg\u00fan m\u00ednimo de angustia porque al otro d\u00eda tienes que regresar a trabajar, quiz\u00e1 no te est\u00e1s desarrollando en lo que te agrada y debes tomarlo en cuenta. \u00a1La vida solo es una!, vale la pena hacer cambios, hacer ajustes y poner toda la carne al asador.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es normal que personas cercanas a nosotros no entiendan qu\u00e9 y por qu\u00e9 queremos cambiar algo en nuestras vidas, pero quienes nos quieren de verdad valorar\u00e1n y respetar\u00e1n nuestros cambios, aun cuando no los entiendan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vamos a buscar siempre lo que nos hace felices y nos hace sentir bien con nosotros mismos, esa es la l\u00ednea del camino, cuando nuestro coraz\u00f3n late m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido, cuando indudablemente se dibuja una sonrisa en nuestro rostro. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gracias a quienes fueron mis maestros en 2019, y siguiendo las palabras nuevamente de nuestro CEO <strong>Eduardo Albor,<\/strong> que este 2020 sea el mejor, hasta que llegue el 2021.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a1Bienvenido
