En la connotaci\u00f3n positiva de querer estar con gente que me ense\u00f1e a ser mejor, que me ayude a potenciar mis cualidades. Me gustan las pl\u00e1ticas de sobremesa que me reten mentalmente, pero sobre todo estar con gente con valores bien cimentados.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En las sociedades donde tantas cosas nos definen o encasillan en roles, debemos buscar grupos sociales que generen actitudes virtuosas. Pertenecer a asociaciones de cuidado ambiental, de ayuda social, de apreciaci\u00f3n de valores, culturales o deportivas. Lo importante es pertenecer y allegarnos de amigos, socios o clientes con valores.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>No es f\u00e1cil, pero siendo conscientes y teniendo como objetivo dejar este mundo con aportaciones sobre cuidado del medio ambiente, honestidad, solidaridad y equidad podemos empezar a seleccionar nuestro entorno. Tambi\u00e9n hay que preguntarnos, siendo muy honestos con nosotros mismos, si somos buenas compa\u00f1\u00edas. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aquellos que somos padres no nos cansamos de decirle a nuestros hijos adolescentes: \u201cNo te dejes llevar por la presi\u00f3n social\u201d, \u201c\u00bfSi alguien se tira al precipicio t\u00fa tambi\u00e9n lo har\u00e1s?\u201d. Pero muchas veces nosotros nos dejamos llevar por esa presi\u00f3n, nos acercamos a gente nociva \u00fanicamente por el beneficio monetario o porque tendremos reconocimiento social. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Todos los seres humanos tienen motivaciones diferentes, pero la gran mayor\u00eda coincidimos con la motivaci\u00f3n de pertenecer, lo malo es que la damos por sentada y dejamos que la vida nos acerque circunstancialmente y de pronto nos preguntamos: \u00bfc\u00f3mo es que acab\u00e9 aqu\u00ed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tomar el control es una de las m\u00e1ximas de los centros de ayuda contra adicciones, y es cierto, pocos de nosotros realmente tenemos una planeaci\u00f3n de vida.
