Grupo Frel,\u00a0 holding al que pertenece Kukulc\u00e1n Plaza, firm\u00f3 sociedad a trav\u00e9s de su divisi\u00f3n Centros Comerciales con un grupo empresarial con la intenci\u00f3n de\u00a0 cotizar en bolsa a trav\u00e9s de Fibra Shop, con un portafolio de centros comerciales que operan en varios estados de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>La ahora sexta Fibra conformada en el pa\u00eds, se coloc\u00f3 este 24 de julio con un portafolio de ocho recintos comerciales, entre ellos Kukulc\u00e1n Plaza, en Canc\u00fan, tras realizar una oferta p\u00fablica de certificados burs\u00e1tiles, que alcanzaron un capital inicial de 5,466 mdp.<\/p>\n<p>Y desde luego, para ponerse a tono con los requerimientos, la directiva de la plaza arranca ambiciosos proyectos que incorporar\u00e1n a la oferta de servicios del recinto comercial, entre ellos un \u00e1rea de salas de cine VIP y una tienda Soriana H\u00edper, adem\u00e1s de algunas adecuaciones para facilitar accesos y
