Instituto de la Salud para el Bienestar (Insabi).<\/p>\n<p>Critic\u00f3 la transformaci\u00f3n que el gobierno federal pretende hacer de los servicios de salud para los m\u00e1s necesitados.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo que la estrategia seguida aniquil\u00f3 de un plumazo el Seguro Popular.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cNo se esperaron a cambiar la estrategia de salud para los m\u00e1s pobres sin que \u00e9stos se vieran afectados\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Candy-ayuso.jpeg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41313\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/Candy-ayuso.jpeg\" alt=\"\" width=\"411\" height=\"540\" 411px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Muchas fallas en el Insabi<\/h3>\n<p>Agreg\u00f3 que el Insabi nace con m\u00faltiples defectos, sin reglas de operaci\u00f3n, sin manuales, sin una planeaci\u00f3n detallada de su implantaci\u00f3n, sin una fase piloto de prueba y sin mayor presupuesto.<\/p>\n<p>Coment\u00f3 que si bien el Seguro Popular ten\u00eda errores de aplicaci\u00f3n, era un programa perfectible como todos.<\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, era la \u00fanica opci\u00f3n para aquellos que no ten\u00edan acceso a los servicios p\u00fablicos de salud.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/insabi-pri.jpeg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41314\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Destac\u00f3 las bondades que ten\u00eda el Seguro Popular:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Ten\u00eda a su cargo la mitad de los derechohabientes en M\u00e9xico.<\/li>\n<li>Aument\u00f3 su cobertura en servicios de salud, asegurando a 86 de cada 100 mexicanos<\/li>\n<li>Mortalidad infantil se disminuy\u00f3 casi en 40%.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Lament\u00f3 que ad\u00edas de su nacimiento, el Insabi est\u00e1 empantanado.<\/p>\n<h3>Sin recursos<\/h3>\n<p>Lo peor, dijo, es que sin una fuerte inversi\u00f3n no podr\u00e1n otorgarse los servicios de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica a todos los mexicanos que no tienen acceso a los servicios privados, de la manera como lo prometi\u00f3 el gobierno federal.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\u201cM\u00e9xico y Quintana Roo merecen un sistema de salud adecuado a sus necesidades\u00bb.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Por todo ello, dijo que el PRI demanda la revisi\u00f3n y la rectificaci\u00f3n del Insabi para que garantice adecuadamente el servicio de salud para todos los mexicanos.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/01\/pri.jpeg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone
