Bajo la premisa de que tanto las convenciones como los hoteles flotantes \u201cllenan el cochinito\u201d, Isaac Hamui Abadi, quien comanda el Grupo Costa Maya, seguir\u00e1 apostando a los rubros que durante ya varios a\u00f1os le dieron presencia en el Caribe mexicano.<\/p>\n

Si bien el consorcio participa en varios sectores, la meta es recuperar la cifra de un mill\u00f3n de pasajeros que llegan v\u00eda cruceros, con el atraque de 300 nav\u00edos. Al cierre de 2012 atracaron 140 barcos, en 2013 el grupo espera cerrar con 180 nav\u00edos y el pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o la meta es alcanzar los 220.<\/p>\n

Por lo pronto, Grupo Costa Maya se apunta para desarrollar en el \u00e1rea un parque acu\u00e1tico con tirolesas y toboganes, para el que ya tiene terreno; s\u00f3lo falta tiempo, pues tambi\u00e9n ya se consiguen cr\u00e9dito en los bancos.<\/p>\n

En el Centro de Convenciones de Canc\u00fan (CCC) la expectativa es que con el hotel Aloft, las cosas vayan por buen camino. Y mientras son peras o son manzanas, en materia de desarrollo de vivienda social las cosas fluyen, pues el proyecto Villas Morelos en Puerto Morelos ya est\u00e1 vendido en su totalidad y \u201cse est\u00e1 moviendo ahora\u201d Villas La Playa, con tres mil casas.<\/p>\n
