En medio de la pol\u00e9mica por la construcci\u00f3n del hotel Riviera Canc\u00fan, de grupo RIU, la Secretar\u00eda de Ecolog\u00eda y Desarrollo Urbano de Benito Ju\u00e1rez descart\u00f3 afectaciones ambientales.<\/p>\n

Armando Lara Denigris, titular de la dependencia, dijo que este proyecto, igual que todos en la zona hotelera, deben tener autorizaci\u00f3n de impacto ambiental de la Semarnat.<\/p>\n

\u201cSin esa no se puede construir absolutamente nada, es ilegal y no puede haber ninguna autorizaci\u00f3n municipal\u201d.<\/p>\n

Coment\u00f3 que las obras, que son en el kil\u00f3metro 21.5 de la zona hotelera no afectan al ambiente.<\/p>\n

Revisiones a obras del nuevo hotel Riviera Canc\u00fan<\/h3>\n

Adem\u00e1s, la Procuradur\u00eda Federal de Protecci\u00f3n al Ambiente (Profepa) y la Direcci\u00f3n de Ecolog\u00eda ya hicieron cuatro visitas de inspecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Los informes se\u00f1alan que todo cumple la normatividad en materia de impacto ambiental, tanto en la planeaci\u00f3n del proyecto como en la preparaci\u00f3n de los terrenos.<\/p>\n

Cumple con todo: RIU<\/h3>\n

En tanto, la empresa MX RIUSA II, filial del Grupo RIU, dijo que la obra es una de las de mayor vigilancia y auditor\u00edas en materia de impacto ambiental en la historia de este destino tur\u00edstico.<\/p>\n

A trav\u00e9s de un bolet\u00edn, reiteraron que la presencia de los inspectores y la vigilancia del proceso de edificaci\u00f3n fueron en respuesta \u201ca difusi\u00f3n de rumores y versiones distorsionadas sobre la realidad del proyecto, emitidas por quienes se oponen a su construcci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n

Las obras del desarrollo Hotel Riviera Canc\u00fan iniciaron el 14 de enero,\u00a0luego de que se recibiera la licencia de construcci\u00f3n municipal n\u00famero 76231 con vigencia a partir de ese d\u00eda y hasta el 8 de enero de 2022.<\/p>\n

Respecto a los procesos jur\u00eddicos que en alg\u00fan momento obstaculizaron la realizaci\u00f3n del proyecto tur\u00edstico, subray\u00f3 que estos quedaron sin efecto una vez que los fallos de las instancias correspondientes resultaron a favor de MX RIUSA II.<\/p>\n
