Y ahora se va a empoderar m\u00e1s con el juicio que le gan\u00f3 al Servicio de Administraci\u00f3n Tributaria (SAT).<\/p>\n<p>Con este triunfo, la maestra no tiene que pagarle al SAT 19 millones 323 mil pesos por Impuesto Sobre la Renta (ISR).<\/p>\n<p>Se trata de recursos correspondientes al ejercicio fiscal 2008 y 2009, por muchas compras que hizo Elba Esther a tiendas de lujo.<\/p>\n<h3>\u00bfC\u00f3mo le hizo Elba Esther?<\/h3>\n<p>Pues sus abogados alegaron (y demostraron) que esas compras eran necesarias, porque la maestra ten\u00eda que \u201cmantener una imagen impecable\u201d para sus asuntos al frente del Sindicato Nacional de Trabajadores de la Educaci\u00f3n (SNTE).<\/p>\n<p>Gordillo Morales hizo compras por ese concepto en centros comerciales y tiendas de Estados Unidos como:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Neiman Marcus<\/li>\n<li>Christian Dior<\/li>\n<li>Chanel<\/li>\n<li>Roberto Cavalli<\/li>\n<li>Gucci<\/li>\n<li>Bulgari<\/li>\n<li>Louis Vuitton<\/li>\n<li>Salvatore Ferragamo<\/li>\n<li>Giorgio Armani,<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Elba-esther-gordillo.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-41720\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Elba-esther-gordillo.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"640\" height=\"362\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Elba-esther-gordillo.jpg 640w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Elba-esther-gordillo-300x170.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/02\/Elba-esther-gordillo-585x331.jpg 585w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/h3>\n<h3>Origen del conflicto de Elba Esther con el SAT<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>2008-2009: Elba Esher hizo muchas compras en Estados Unidos y no report\u00f3 tales ingresos.<\/li>\n<li>2013: Le lleg\u00f3 la notificaci\u00f3n del SAT por no declarar ingresos por $7 millones 883 mil 606, por lo que se hizo acreedora a multas y recargos.<\/li>\n<li>2017: La maestra interpuso una demanda en el Tribunal Federal de Justicia Administrativa (TFJA) contra el SAT, acusando anomal\u00edas en ese proceso.<\/li>\n<li>2020: Resuelven a favor de Elba Esther, anul\u00f3 la resoluci\u00f3n del SAT respecto al cr\u00e9dito fiscal, debido al ejercicio de facultades discrecionales y de vicios de forma, pues no se otorg\u00f3 a Gordillo Morales las garant\u00edas para argumentar a su favor.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Ahora falta ver si el SAT se quedar\u00e1 con los brazos cruzados o interpondr\u00e1 otro recurso para intentar que Elba Esther s\u00ed le pague esos millones.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Muchos cre\u00edan que la carrera de Elba Esther Gordillo se hab\u00eda acabado cuando cay\u00f3 en la&hellip;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"author":100,"featured_media":41721,"comment_status":"open","ping_status":"open","sticky":false,"template":"","format":"standard","meta":{"_acf_changed":false,"_lmt_disableupdate":"","_lmt_disable":"","_mbp_gutenberg_autopost":false,"footnotes":""},"categories":[23],"tags":[],"class_list":["post-41719","post","type-post","status-publish","format-standard","has-post-thumbnail","hentry","category-noticias"],"acf":[],"yoast_head":"<!-- This site is optimized with the Yoast SEO plugin v27.3 - https:\/\/yoast.com\/product\/yoast-seo-wordpress\/ -->\n<title>Elba Esther gana juicio al SAT;
