tiempos de coronavirus, aprueban reelecci\u00f3n de diputados y senadores"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>La C\u00e1mara de Diputados hoy aprob\u00f3 un fondo para emergencias, pero tambi\u00e9n la reelecci\u00f3n continua de legisladores y senadores.<\/p>\n<p>Los art\u00edfices de estos cambios fueron los diputados de Morena, PT, PVEM y PES, mientras estaban ausentes los del PAN, PRI y PRD.<\/p>\n<p>La iniciativa ya empez\u00f3 a causar pol\u00e9mica, sobre todo porque Movimiento Ciudadano argument\u00f3 que fue un \u00abalbazo legislativo\u00bb.<\/p>\n<p>Pero sobre todo, dijeron que M\u00e9xico no est\u00e1 en tiempo de ese tipo de discusiones sobre elecciones, pues los esfuerzos deben centrarse en hacer frente al coronavirus COVID 19.<\/p>\n<p>La C\u00e1mara de Diputados aprob\u00f3 en lo general y en lo particular por 264 votos a favor el proyecto de decreto que establece , as\u00ed como de Partidos Pol\u00edticos, con lo que se abri\u00f3 la puerta a la reelecci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/03\/Captura-de-pantalla-2020-03-18-a-las-17.04.13.png\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-large wp-image-42038\" aprobaron?<\/h3>\n<p>Reformas a las leyes generales de Instituciones y Procedimientos Electorales<\/p>\n<p>Elecci\u00f3n continua de diputados, es decir, permite la elecci\u00f3n consecutiva e inmediata en<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>2 periodos consecutivos para senadores<\/li>\n<li>4\u00a0 periodos consecutivos para diputados.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Con estos cambios, los actuales legisladores podr\u00edan permanecer en el cargo hasta 2030.<\/p>\n<p>Y adem\u00e1s, aprobaron que no ser\u00e1 obligatorio dejar el cargo para hacer precampa\u00f1a y campa\u00f1a.<\/p>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9jsnd\" data-offset-key=\"b99a5-0-0\">\n<div class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"b99a5-0-0\">el dictamen, que no pas\u00f3 por comisiones y no tuvo debate previo, se aprob\u00f3 con<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<div class=\"\" data-block=\"true\" data-editor=\"9jsnd\" data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\">\n<ul>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\">254 votos a favor<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\"> 20 en contra <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\">3 abstenciones <\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"public-DraftStyleDefault-block public-DraftStyleDefault-ltr\" data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\"><span data-offset-key=\"b1nj4-0-0\">Ausencia de las fracciones del PAN, PRI y PRD,
