{"id":42539,"date":"2020-05-01T13:51:00","date_gmt":"2020-05-01T18:51:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=42539"},"modified":"2020-05-01T13:51:00","modified_gmt":"2020-05-01T18:51:00","slug":"vamos-a-reinventarnos","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=42539","title":{"rendered":"Vamos a  reinventarnos"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>David Asencio<\/strong><\/p><cite> dasencio@latitud21.com.mx<\/cite><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>H<\/strong>oy escribo estas l\u00edneas desde casa, convencido de que Todo, Absolutamente Todo, Pasa Por Algo y Para Algo.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cAnte toda crisis, siempre hay la gran oportunidad de reinventarse, de sacar la creatividad que se tiene y lograr ser una mejor persona si as\u00ed se determina\u201d&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La adversidad siempre se puede enfrentar con creatividad y con determinaci\u00f3n; depender\u00e1 de cada persona enfocar su actitud a crear cosas nuevas y positivas, como reinventarse, aprender de la experiencia y salir como una persona nueva, o sentarse en la comodidad de su casa (donde ahora es obligaci\u00f3n responsable estar permanentemente) y quejarse manifestando las molestias que esta cuarentena nos ocasiona.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hablando de Reinventarse: Observamos a muchas personas que inmediatamente vieron una&nbsp; oportunidad y la tomaron: salieron a vender cubrebocas con creativos dise\u00f1os, otros comercializan gel antibacterial, los restaurantes en su mayor\u00eda empezaron a dar servicio solo a domicilio; hay una empresa que convoc\u00f3 a j\u00f3venes para trabajar haciendo las compras del s\u00faper para llev\u00e1rtelas a casa; muchos, como un servidor, est\u00e1n haciendo<em> home office<\/em>, otros est\u00e1n dando talleres, cursos y pl\u00e1ticas<em> online;<\/em> habr\u00e1 muchos m\u00e1s que tendr\u00e1n obligadamente que buscar qu\u00e9 hacer para salir adelante. Y ah\u00ed es donde aparece lo nuevo, lo que quiz\u00e1s incluso t\u00fa desconoc\u00edas y ahora tendr\u00e1s que aprender o ejercer. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el Tema del Trabajo: Benito Ju\u00e1rez es o era uno de los municipios l\u00edderes a nivel nacional en la generaci\u00f3n de empleos y ahora mismo pas\u00f3 al lado contrario y es en Canc\u00fan donde ahora tenemos la tasa m\u00e1s alta de despidos, sobre todo en el sector tur\u00edstico. Muchos hoteles y empresas aprovecharon la contingencia y desde un principio tomaron medidas despidiendo personal, sin tomar en cuenta lo que socialmente eso implica para una ciudad como en la que vivimos. De ah\u00ed que<strong> Luisa Mar\u00eda Alcalde Luj\u00e1n<\/strong>, secretaria del Trabajo y Previsi\u00f3n Social del Gobierno de M\u00e9xico, expuso y, sobre todo, exhibi\u00f3 a las empresas que tomaron la decisi\u00f3n de despedir a la gente que colaboraba para ellos. Bien por ella y &nbsp; espero desde mi particular punto de vista que se tomen las medidas correspondientes, ya que esto mismo pone a observaci\u00f3n y felicitaci\u00f3n a las empresas que S\u00cd se preocuparon por negociar, crear opciones y permitir que la gente siga en funciones, muchos desde casa. (Ya iremos hablando y felicitando a cada una de estas empresas) &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo Positivo: Siempre de cada suceso tendremos dos vertientes, y en este caso espec\u00edfico del Covid-19 lo positivo es para nuestro planeta y naturaleza que indiscutiblemente ha tenido un gran respiro, como en Bacalar, donde la laguna recuper\u00f3 sus colores y est\u00e1 m\u00e1s hermosa que nunca; incluso ahora vemos nutrias que los de mi generaci\u00f3n no sab\u00edamos que exist\u00edan. En Cozumel vemos pasear por las calles y parques venados, y ni hablar de los beneficios que a nivel global se van presentando; es m\u00e1s, considero que deber\u00edamos pensar en hacer una cuarentena mundial cada dos a\u00f1os para darle este respiro a la naturaleza, que nos lo agradece d\u00e1ndonos lo mejor de ella.&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>David Asencio
