\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>\"\"<\/a>Se ve\u00eda venir, porque ya Andr\u00e9s Manuel L\u00f3pez Obrador le hab\u00eda hecho \u00abel fuchi\u00bb a las energ\u00eda renovables en M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n

Ahora, la Secretar\u00eda de Energ\u00eda (Sener) public\u00f3en el Diario Oficial de la Federaci\u00f3n (DOF) el Acuerdo para garantizar la eficiencia, calidad, confiabilidad, continuidad y seguridad del Sistema El\u00e9ctrico Nacional (SEN).<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, lo public\u00f3 el Centro Nacional de Control de Energ\u00eda (Cenace), con lo que le dieron validez jur\u00eddica.<\/p>\n

Esto no significa otra cosa m\u00e1s que limitaciones a las energ\u00edas renovables y mayor alcance a la Comisi\u00f3n Federal de Electricidad (CFE).<\/p>\n

Por supuesto, esto causa tremenda pol\u00e9mica, sobre todo entre quienes dicen que el actual gobierno federal tiene convenios con el titular de CFE, Manuel Bartlett.<\/p>\n

Sener justific\u00f3 el acuerdo para \u00abevitar sobrecargas en la Red Nacional de Transmisi\u00f3n, as\u00ed como afectaciones en la tensi\u00f3n, frecuencia, potencia e interrupciones del servicio\u00bb.<\/p>\n

Este acuerdo dicta medidas que van en contra de las inversiones y operaci\u00f3n de plantas el\u00e9ctricas solares y fotovoltaicas.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n se despierta sospechas porque justo esta semana renunci\u00f3 a la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de Mejora Regulatoria (Conamer), C\u00e9sar Hern\u00e1ndez.<\/p>\n

As\u00ed, el nuevo acuerdo de la Sener no tuvo el an\u00e1lisis de impacto regulatorio al que deb\u00eda de sujetarse.<\/p>\n

Seg\u00fan un documento enviado a la Conamer, la Sener solicit\u00f3 con car\u00e1cter de urgente la publicaci\u00f3n del Acuerdo del Centro Nacional de Control de Energ\u00eda (Cenace), sin someterlo al procedimiento de mejora regulatoria.<\/span><\/p>\n

Empresarios dicen que esto significa repercusiones directas en un gran n\u00famero de proyectos del sector de renovables.<\/p>\n

Espec\u00edficamente hay freno al sector e\u00f3lico y fotovoltaico que est\u00e1n listos para entrar en operaci\u00f3n y en fase de construcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n

Tambi\u00e9n limita a los proyectos que ya est\u00e1n en operaci\u00f3n, lo que genera mayor incertidumbre y molestia.<\/p>\n

Europa, Estados Unidos y Canad\u00e1, molestos<\/h3>\n

Embajadores de los Estados Miembros de la Uni\u00f3n Europea (UE) acreditados en M\u00e9xico, as\u00ed como la Embajada de Canad\u00e1 ya reaccionaron y nada bien.<\/p>\n

Enviaron cartas a Roc\u00edo Nahle con su preocupaci\u00f3n respecto al Acuerdo y solicitaron una reuni\u00f3n para discutir la medida que afecta inversiones.<\/p>\n
