obras de Solaris en Playa Delfines Canc\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Luego de mucha pol\u00e9mica entre ambientalistas y algunos pol\u00edticos por obras en Playa Delfines, el ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez suspendi\u00f3 los trabajos.<\/p>\n<p>Primero lo anunci\u00f3 la presidenta municipal, Mara Lezama, quien dijo que esto es producto de una larga revisi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Record\u00f3 que esta obra obtuvo sus permisos en la anterior administraci\u00f3n y ahora tuvieron que revisar bien todo eso.<\/p>\n<p>Por eso, inform\u00f3 la suspensi\u00f3n de la construcci\u00f3n del Hotel Gran Solaris Canc\u00fan vendido a Grupo Salinas.<\/p>\n<p><\/p>\n<p><iframe src=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/plugins\/video.php?href=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.facebook.com%2FRevistaLatitud21%2Fvideos%2F678643922976335%2F&amp;show_text=0&amp;width=560\" width=\"560\" height=\"315\" style=\"border:none;overflow:hidden\" scrolling=\"no\" frameborder=\"0\" allowtransparency=\"true\" allowfullscreen=\"true\"><\/iframe><\/p>\n<p>M\u00e1s tarde, el secretario de Ecolog\u00eda y Desarrollo Urbano, Armando Lara de Nigris, coment\u00f3 que la licencia de construcci\u00f3n fue aprobada sin tomar en cuenta \u201cla vigencia de ciertos documentos que forman parte del expediente administrativo, los cuales estaban vencidos al momento de la emisi\u00f3n de la licencia\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Lezama expres\u00f3 que har\u00e1 respetar la ley como hasta ahora y que garantizar\u00e1 que todo est\u00e9 apegado a derecho.<\/p>\n<h3>Respetar la ley y cuidar el medio ambiente<\/h3>\n<p>Llam\u00f3 a hoteleros, empresarios e inversionistas a que presten especial atenci\u00f3n al tema medioambiental.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cReiteramos a todos los desarrolladores a seguir prestando especial atenci\u00f3n al tema medioambiental en conformidad con los lineamientos jur\u00eddicos que nos rigen en Benito Ju\u00e1rez\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Reiter\u00f3 su compromiso con la ciudadan\u00eda y recalc\u00f3 que no se permitir\u00e1 ninguna privatizaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>Incluso asegur\u00f3 nuevamente su compromiso en favor de la preservaci\u00f3n y disfrute de las playas p\u00fablicas del estado.<\/p>\n<h3>Pol\u00e9mica obra<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Inversi\u00f3n: 90 millones de d\u00f3lares<\/li>\n<li>450 habitaciones, distribuidas en 14 niveles superiores<\/li>\n<li>Planta baja y dos s\u00f3tanos, lobby, sport bar, restaurantes mexicano, de especialidades, marino grill, snack y tipo caf\u00e9, as\u00ed como alberca, teatro, kids club, juniors club, sal\u00f3n premier, sal\u00f3n de eventos, paseo comercial, spa, gimnasio, sal\u00f3n de belleza, cancha
