{"id":42940,"date":"2020-06-01T14:07:07","date_gmt":"2020-06-01T19:07:07","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=42940"},"modified":"2020-06-01T14:07:08","modified_gmt":"2020-06-01T19:07:08","slug":"en-cuidar-tu-sistema-inmunologico","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=42940","title":{"rendered":"En cuidar tu sistema  inmunol\u00f3gico"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<figure class=\"wp-block-pullquote\"><blockquote><p><strong>Empl\u00e9ate<\/strong><\/p><p> <strong>David Asencio<\/strong><\/p><p> dasencio@latitud21.com.mx<\/p><\/blockquote><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>E<\/strong>sta experiencia del Covid-19 nos ha llevado a entender que el amor hacia nosotros mismos puede ser el mejor elemento para contrarrestar los s\u00edntomas de este virus que ha venido a cambiar y revolucionar la forma de vida que ven\u00edamos llevando.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Vivir para tener m\u00e1s cosas materiales o para tener la mejor tecnolog\u00eda, no es precisamente el camino hacia vivir con felicidad, y el Covid-19 nos oblig\u00f3 de manera positiva a detenernos, a estar en casa, a descubrir que lo m\u00e1s valioso est\u00e1 en la familia, en el hogar, en nosotros mismos.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Siempre he mencionado que \u201ctodo, absolutamente todo, pasa por algo y para algo\u201d, y siempre conlleva a una gran ense\u00f1anza, \u00a1Claro! si nos disponemos a abrir la mente y entender que vivir la experiencia es la puerta a entender mejor al universo.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por lo pronto nos queda claro que tenemos que trabajar en cuidar nuestro <strong>sistema inmune<\/strong>, y por ello aqu\u00ed te presentamos los siguientes consejos:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1.- <strong>Mantente activo: <\/strong>Baila, mu\u00e9vete, haz ejercicio; esta es una manera poderosa de estimular el sistema inmunol\u00f3gico, ya que los anticuerpos y los gl\u00f3bulos blancos circulan con mayor rapidez, lo que significa que pueden detectar y trabajar con los virus m\u00e1s r\u00e1pidamente. &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2.-<strong> Lleva una dieta saludable: <\/strong>\u00bfHas escuchado ese dicho que dice \u201cEres lo que comes\u201d? Pues tiene todo de cierto, ya que en gran medida incluso tus emociones pueden estar siendo controladas por la parte f\u00edsica que est\u00e1 siendo mal alimentada. El 80% del sistema inmunol\u00f3gico est\u00e1 en el intestino, as\u00ed que cuando est\u00e1 sano, solemos ser capaces de combatir las infecciones m\u00e1s r\u00e1pido y mucho mejor.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>3.- <strong>Observa tu salud emocional: <\/strong>De nada sirve s\u00f3lo cuidar el cuerpo, el cual refleja en todo momento la parte emocional que vivimos. Pero si nos concentramos en estar felices podremos aumentar nuestro sistema inmune en un 70%.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>4.- <strong>Cuida tu salud social:<\/strong> Esta experiencia nos oblig\u00f3 a un aislamiento social, y puedes darte cuenta que as\u00ed como la naturaleza tuvo un respiro, igualmente t\u00fa hoy pudiste descansar del barullo de las personas, de la rapidez con que est\u00e1bamos avanzando y todo lo que las personas que nos rodeaban estaban integrando a tu vida\u2026 &nbsp; &nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>5.- <strong>Duerme reparadoramente:<\/strong> Un buen sue\u00f1o hace magia en tu persona. \u00bfHas probado poner ese perfume que tanto te gusta en tus almohadas y en tus s\u00e1banas?&nbsp; Poner m\u00fasica lounge o instrumental, un t\u00e9 de manzanilla o de tila, incluso un vaso de leche caliente con miel es muy adecuado para lograr un sue\u00f1o reparador\u2026 y un despertar descansado y lleno de energ\u00eda.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En fin, no es tan dif\u00edcil<strong> amarte,<\/strong> pero por muchas circunstancias quiz\u00e1s no te hab\u00edas dedicado el tiempo suficiente para hacerlo, te estabas olvidando de ti mismo, y esta experiencia nos brinda e invita a
