Las ciudades que en M\u00e9xico est\u00e1n consideradas como \u2018smart cities\u2019 por organismos internacionales como el Banco Interamericano de Desarrollo (BID) son cuatro: Maderas, en Quer\u00e9taro; Smart Puebla, Ciudad Creativa y Tequila, en Jalisco. Bien vale la pena tomarlas en cuenta a la hora de una decisi\u00f3n para adquirir una propiedad.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso de Maderas, ubicada en el municipio de Santiago, fue la primera ciudad inteligente del pa\u00eds, cuya construcci\u00f3n inici\u00f3 en 2013.&nbsp; Los principales ejes que la forman son la urbanizaci\u00f3n, el desarrollo inmobiliario inteligente y la interacci\u00f3n con empresas tecnol\u00f3gicas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En el caso del Pueblo M\u00e1gico de Tequila, tiene esta categor\u00eda desde 2014. En el Centro Hist\u00f3rico se emplea tecnolog\u00eda de Big Data y sistemas de gesti\u00f3n de datos para conocer la densidad poblacional, el tr\u00e1fico y qu\u00e9 turistas la visitan.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ciudad Creativa, en el Centro Hist\u00f3rico de Guadalajara, ha avanzado desde 2013, cuando empezaron a invertir 482 mdp para la planeaci\u00f3n, construcci\u00f3n, mantenimiento y vigilancia de este proyecto.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finalmente, Smart Puebla, con casas de precio medio de 2.1 mdp, ofrece espacios transformados con la ayuda de tecnolog\u00eda,
