{"id":43541,"date":"2020-08-01T12:16:47","date_gmt":"2020-08-01T17:16:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=43541"},"modified":"2020-08-01T12:16:57","modified_gmt":"2020-08-01T17:16:57","slug":"vamos-por-el-amarillo","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=43541","title":{"rendered":"Vamos por el amarillo"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p><strong>Amador Guti\u00e9rrez Guigui<\/strong><\/p><p>Director<\/p><p>agutierrez@latitud21.com.mx<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Estamos en naranja, queremos amarillo, pero puede y nos regresan al rojo si no hacemos bien las cosas en materia de sanidad, instruidas por la autoridad.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El n\u00famero m\u00e1gico es el 30 en esta pandemia, durante este mes de agosto y en parte del mes anterior tambi\u00e9n, dado el popular sem\u00e1foro epidemiol\u00f3gico que se encuentra en naranja al norte de Quintana Roo, los hoteles y restaurantes pueden recibir hu\u00e9spedes y comensales en sus instalaciones quit\u00e1ndose el 70 por ciento de su capacidad, para alcanzar un m\u00e1ximo posible de 30 %.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n han abierto otros centros de consumo, delfinarios, cines, tiendas, parques acu\u00e1ticos y tem\u00e1ticos, entre otros, pero con las mismas especificaciones.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>La tan esperada reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica en el polo tur\u00edstico m\u00e1s importante del pa\u00eds y seguramente en todo M\u00e9xico, se ped\u00eda literal a gritos, y de una manera escalonada le est\u00e1 dando un poco de esperanza a la ciudadan\u00eda en esta llamada nueva normalidad, a pesar de que los expertos en infectolog\u00eda y los epidemi\u00f3logos no la recomiendan al cien por ciento por el comportamiento de este enemigo invisible que no est\u00e1 controlado.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Sin embargo la vida sigue y la econom\u00eda tiene que avivarse para la supervivencia tropicalizada en cada rinc\u00f3n de este bello pa\u00eds.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En Latitud 21 hemos escuchado y platicado con los actores empresariales y autoridades sobre el acontecer de la pandemia del Covid-19, como la maestra Cristina Alcayaga, don Carlos Constandse, Nenina Dom\u00ednguez, Catalina Portillo, y m\u00e1s recientemente con la alcaldesa de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, Mara Lezama. Todos coinciden que primero la salud, pero la realidad exige una econom\u00eda viva para una recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica de la mano de los empresarios con, s\u00ed o s\u00ed, facilidades gubernamentales de los tres niveles de gobierno.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hay que decirlo o m\u00e1s bien reiterarlo, repetirlo. Ya urge que la Federaci\u00f3n se plantee a trav\u00e9s de la Secretar\u00eda de Hacienda y Cr\u00e9dito P\u00fablico programas tangibles para apoyar a las empresas de manera real y significativa. No se quiere que se regale dinero, se requiere gesti\u00f3n, facilitar pagos, diferir derechos tributarios, flexibilidad en la tramitolog\u00eda, todo lo qu\u00e9 pueda ayudar para aligerar al empresariado su subsistencia, ya no que decir de la existencia.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo anterior, entendiendo que la estabilidad de la econom\u00eda de una ciudad, de un estado o pa\u00eds, se riegue por la distribuci\u00f3n de la riqueza para el gasto corriente.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Lo intu\u00edamos, pero no tan dr\u00e1stico. El Inegi inform\u00f3 que el Producto Interno Bruto de M\u00e9xico al cierre del segundo trimestre del a\u00f1o se desplom\u00f3 18.9 por ciento, en relaci\u00f3n al mismo lapso de 2019. Esta es la peor ca\u00edda para la actividad econ\u00f3mica desde que existe este registro, 1993. Y t\u00fa, sigues sin usar el cubrebocas. Quinto trimestre consecutivo a la baja.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aprovechamos y felicitamos al empresariado en general por el esfuerzo que han realizado para mantener sus negocios nuevamente abiertos, mantener su planta laboral y sobre todo tener esa resiliencia, hoy por hoy, tan necesaria.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Amador Guti\u00e9rrez Guigui Director
