El avance logrado con las modificaciones hechas a la Ley General del Equilibrio Ecol\u00f3gico y la Protecci\u00f3n al Medio Ambiente (LGEEPA) fue el tema de la conferencia \u201cActualizaci\u00f3n del Marco Normativo Federal y los nuevos lineamientos en materia de gesti\u00f3n p\u00fablica ambiental\u201d, a cargo de la diputada federal Lourdes L\u00f3pez Moreno, presidenta de la Comisi\u00f3n de Medio Ambiente y Recursos Naturales de la C\u00e1mara de Diputados. El evento se realiz\u00f3 como parte de las actividades de promoci\u00f3n del Centro de Postgrados y Extensi\u00f3n Universitaria de la Universidad An\u00e1huac Canc\u00fan. En su ponencia, la legisladora destac\u00f3, entre otros aspectos, el que la nueva ley obligar\u00eda a las empresas causantes de alg\u00fan da\u00f1o ambiental\u00a0 no solo a pagar la correspondiente multa sino tambi\u00e9n a reparar el da\u00f1o. Y para ello, la Ley de Responsabilidad Social define por primera vez en la historia legislativa lo que es y no es da\u00f1o ambiental y lo que significa el concepto \u201creparar el da\u00f1o\u201d, con todas sus implicaciones. El coloquio, que tuvo una excelente convocatoria, reuni\u00f3 a consultores ambientales, gerentes de operaci\u00f3n de hoteles y representantes de dependencias como la Comisi\u00f3n Nacional de \u00c1reas Nacionales Protegidas (Conanp), al igual que a coordinadores de sustentabilidad y p\u00fablico en general, se\u00f1al\u00f3 Eugenia Sansores, coordinadora de Postgrados de la universidad.<\/p>\n
