{"id":44025,"date":"2020-10-01T10:19:06","date_gmt":"2020-10-01T15:19:06","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=44025"},"modified":"2020-10-01T10:19:07","modified_gmt":"2020-10-01T15:19:07","slug":"identificacion-ante-notario","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=44025","title":{"rendered":"Identificaci\u00f3n ante notario"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Derivado de la contingencia de salud en que nos hemos visto envueltos a \u00faltimas fechas por la pandemia del Covid-19, muchas instituciones locales y federales, en general, se vieron afectadas en su funcionamiento regular, lo que gener\u00f3 un retraso en la atenci\u00f3n de solicitudes y tr\u00e1mites por parte de la ciudadan\u00eda, tal es el caso del Instituto Nacional Electoral o la Secretar\u00eda de Relaciones Exteriores.<\/p>\n<p>Por tal motivo fue pr\u00e1cticamente imposible realizar una renovaci\u00f3n de las identificaciones oficiales, tales como las credenciales de elector o pasaportes.<\/p>\n<p>Ante ello, muchas personas se vieron afectadas en sus tr\u00e1mites y gestiones al no contar con un medio de identificaci\u00f3n oficial.<\/p>\n<p>Para mitigar esta problem\u00e1tica, las autoridades electorales del pa\u00eds implementaron acuerdos y normativas para permitir la ampliaci\u00f3n de la vigencia de las credenciales de elector con vigencia hasta el 2019, por un a\u00f1o m\u00e1s.<\/p>\n<p>En t\u00e9rminos generales, con base en la Ley del Notariado en vigor, no se establece cu\u00e1les son los documentos que podemos considerar como identificaciones oficiales; tradicionalmente los usos o costumbres han de considerar como identificaciones oficiales con fotograf\u00eda los siguientes documentos:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>1.- Credencial de elector<\/li>\n<li>2.- Pasaporte vigente<\/li>\n<li>3.- Cartilla del Servicio Militar Nacional (s\u00f3lo durante una vigencia de 15 a\u00f1os a partir de su expedici\u00f3n)<\/li>\n<li>4.- La C\u00e9dula Profesional.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Estas \u00faltimas se consideran as\u00ed (como identificaciones oficiales), por los procesos e investigaciones que se realizan por parte de las autoridades correspondientes para su expedici\u00f3n, lo cual, asegura de alguna manera la idoneidad como medio de identificaci\u00f3n de la persona que la presenta.<\/p>\n<p>En caso de que no se cuente con alguno de los medios de identificaci\u00f3n oficial enlistados anteriormente y requiere comparecer ante notario para celebrar alg\u00fan acto jur\u00eddico, se puede acudir acompa\u00f1ado de dos testigos con identificaci\u00f3n oficial correspondientes que den testimonio de la identidad de la persona que comparece, o en algunos casos, con la certificaci\u00f3n que realice el propio notario del conocimiento de alguna de las partes.<\/p>\n<p>La ley contempla que este conocimiento puede consistir s\u00f3lo en el reconocimiento de dicha persona, por parte del notario, sin que se tenga que conocer a detalle la vida y obra del mismo.<\/p>\n<p>Y como cada mes de septiembre y octubre, son meses del TESTAMENTO, les extiendo una cordial invitaci\u00f3n para que usted, amigo lector, se sume a este esfuerzo, que a\u00f1o con a\u00f1o se hace, a efecto de que la ciudadan\u00eda realice este importante documento.<\/p>\n<p>Para mayor informaci\u00f3n comun\u00edquense al tel\u00e9fono 9982800615 o al correo ramador@notaria75qroo.com donde con mucho gusto les atenderemos.
