Roo<\/li><li>CEO de Impoexporta<\/li><li>Twitter: @oigres14<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>D<\/strong>eber\u00eda existir un significado oficial de lo que significa ser empresari@, una palabra tan corta pero que significa tanto. Inicia con un sue\u00f1o, que para concretarlo se rodea de tantos sentimientos: miedo, incertidumbre, angustia, emoci\u00f3n, expectativa, felicidad, hasta que llega la decisi\u00f3n de concretar dicho sue\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es un c\u00famulo de sentimientos equiparables a cuando formas una familia y decides tener un hijo. Por ello, el primer d\u00eda de empresari@, no cabe en el cuerpo el amor que sientes por tu empresa; depositas en ella tus mayores anhelos y expectativas. Cada nuevo d\u00eda no te explicas c\u00f3mo, pero el amor e ilusi\u00f3n crecen; cada nuevo cliente o colaborador, es un gran logro para este hijo. Cambiar de oficina a una m\u00e1s grande, la compra de equipamiento, veh\u00edculos y no digamos lograr abrir una sucursal, es como cruzar una etapa en que ese beb\u00e9 se convierte en un ni\u00f1o, y as\u00ed podr\u00eda continuar con los ejemplos. Cada colaborador se convierte en un miembro m\u00e1s de esta familia que con su trabajo, compromiso y esfuerzo, logran que este hijo siga creciendo y fortaleci\u00e9ndose.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Por esta raz\u00f3n, cuando vivimos situaciones adversas, como que un cliente nos debe, una mala negociaci\u00f3n, que no se logra tener el ingreso para cubrir salarios, impuestos o gastos fijos, los sentimientos van desde sentir que este hijo que tanto amamos est\u00e1 enfermo, y esa preocupaci\u00f3n nos agobia y roba el sue\u00f1o, nos lleva a redoblar esfuerzos para verlo sano y fuerte de nuevo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Circunstancias como las que vivimos hoy con una pandemia sin precedentes, en la cual todos los factores antes descritos sumados a otros no mencionados y en el que vemos esa esperanza de muchos empresari@s reinvent\u00e1ndose, tomando sus ahorros, patrimonio, innovando, ideando de qu\u00e9 forma este hijo puede sobrevivir un d\u00eda m\u00e1s, as\u00ed como de otros tantos que no lograron sobrevivir y que cada d\u00eda cargan el peso que provoca el dolor de no lograr que ese hijo lograra un d\u00eda m\u00e1s, todo esto refleja el amor y orgullo que representa decir: S\u00ed, soy Empresari@.<br><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Sergio Le\u00f3n Presidente de Coparmex Q.
