est\u00e1 hoy en suspensi\u00f3n dentro de un amparo, a\u00fan sin resoluci\u00f3n.\u00a0<\/em><\/h3>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">En medio de la pandemia del COVID-19, ciudadanos que se autoemplean mediante la tecnolog\u00eda de Uber en Canc\u00fan, contin\u00faan siendo afectados mediante operativos por parte de las autoridades del municipio de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, a quienes la compa\u00f1\u00eda de tecnolog\u00eda les hace un llamado a detenerlos para no afectar m\u00e1s a quienes de manera honesta generan ganancias a favor de sus familias y de la propia econom\u00eda del municipio.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Amparo sin resolver<\/h2>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<em>Desde nuestro inicio de operaciones, contamos con una suspensi\u00f3n dentro de un amparo que todav\u00eda no se resuelve, por lo cual la misma sigue vigente y podemos operar sin que se exija a los socios conductores contar con una concesi\u00f3n<\/em>\u201d, explic\u00f3 David M\u00ednguez, Gerente de Comunicaci\u00f3n de Uber.<\/p>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<em>Hemos reforzado este mensaje hacia autoridades municipales, a quienes hicimos llegar en d\u00edas recientes una manifestaci\u00f3n escrita en la que exponemos nuestra situaci\u00f3n actual dentro del amparo; continuaremos impulsando y apoyando a los cancunenses que hoy deciden autoemplearse mediante la aplicaci\u00f3n<\/em>\u201d.<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Este mensaje que Uber comparti\u00f3 con las autoridades del Ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, fue enviado de manera concreta a la Direcci\u00f3n de Seguridad P\u00fablica y Tr\u00e1nsito, que realiza estos operativos en contra de socios conductores bajo el argumento de que no cuentan con concesi\u00f3n para ofrecer servicios de movilidad, lo cual no es aplicable por la suspensi\u00f3n en curso, adem\u00e1s de que la tecnolog\u00eda de Uber no es transporte p\u00fablico, es un acuerdo entre privados.<\/p>\n<h2 style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Por la reactivaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica<\/h2>\n<blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c<em>Apostamos no nada m\u00e1s en continuar apoyando a los cancunenses que se autoemplean con la app, sino en contribuir en una reactivaci\u00f3n integral para Benito Ju\u00e1rez, con beneficios y un impacto directo en la econom\u00eda, en el turismo y en general, en brindar alternativas de movilidad que coloquen a Canc\u00fan como punta de lanza en innovaciones y desarrollos tecnol\u00f3gicos como uno de los destinos internacionales m\u00e1s importantes<\/em>\u201d<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Reitera que\u00a0Uber continuar\u00e1 buscando el di\u00e1logo con autoridades de Benito Ju\u00e1rez para frenar operativos en contra de ciudadanos y buscar de manera conjunta una agenda a
