M\u00e1s tarde, en 1999, la invitan a colaborar con la firma Allegro en Canc\u00fan y tras cinco a\u00f1os de actividad, \u201csiempre en recursos humanos\u201d, trabaja durante seis a\u00f1os con una empresa outsourcing vinculada con varios hoteles de este centro vacacional.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cAunque enfrent\u00e9 momentos dif\u00edciles, es siempre satisfactorio para m\u00ed saber que ayudo a la gente a ser mejores seres humanos, mejores colaboradores, que los escucho, me dan su confianza, la cual se cultiva con la comunicaci\u00f3n, atenci\u00f3n y un ambiente laboral sano, que incluso me permite hacer amigos\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Con varios proyectos por desarrollar, entre ellos escribir un libro sobre el recurso humano y la calidad en el trabajo, convertirse en conferencista y consolidar la creaci\u00f3n del patronato de la Fundaci\u00f3n Dolphin Discovery, Lupita Jim\u00e9nez reitera que su misi\u00f3n es y seguir\u00e1 siendo \u201chacer del recurso humano, un valor
