Estar\u00e1 abierto este a\u00f1o, seg\u00fan los planes de la Subdirecci\u00f3n de Arqueolog\u00eda Subacu\u00e1tica del Instituto Nacional de Antropolog\u00eda e Historia (INAH), con lo que se prev\u00e9 llevar beneficios a las comunidades de Sisal, Hunucm\u00e1 y San Felipe. Los restos de la nave fueron encontrados a dos millas n\u00e1uticas de Sisal, luego de tres a\u00f1os de investigaci\u00f3n en ese puerto. El hallazgo se registr\u00f3 a siglo y medio de su hundimiento, incidente en el que se report\u00f3 la muerte de 140 tripulantes y pasajeros, pero no del n\u00famero de ind\u00edgenas mayas, los
