La fecha original, anunciada a fines de marzo, era del 26 al 28 de abril, pero coincid\u00eda con la Cumbre del Consejo Mundial de Viajes y Turismo (WTTC), agendada desde tiempo antes para el 25 al 27 de abril. De hecho, la presidenta del WTTC, Gloria Guevara, acus\u00f3 p\u00fablicamente a la OMT de boicotear a la organizaci\u00f3n empresarial y a M\u00e9xico. Sin embargo, todo qued\u00f3 en un malentendido y cambiaron la fecha del evento en Punta Cana.
