Inversionistas del grupo Sky Capital y el gobernador de Yucat\u00e1n, Mauricio Vila Dosal, dieron el arranque para la construcci\u00f3n del desarrollo de usos mixtos, en el cual invertir\u00e1n mil 800 millones de pesos. El inmueble, que contar\u00e1 con seis pisos de estacionamiento y 20 elevadores, alojar\u00e1 oficinas y corporativos, un <em>mall power center<\/em>, consultorios m\u00e9dicos, restaurantes, terraza y varias amenidades. La edificaci\u00f3n de la torre generar\u00e1 m\u00e1s de 800 empleos en todo el proceso y se espera que el proyecto quede concluido en diciembre de 2023, lo que impulsar\u00e1 a la econom\u00eda
