Jos\u00e9 Codol\u00e1, presidente de la cadena Valent\u00edn Hotels, recibi\u00f3 la distinci\u00f3n en una cena especial que se llev\u00f3 a cabo en el restaurante de especialidades galardonado, a la que asistieron integrantes del comit\u00e9 ejecutivo, invitados especiales y representantes en M\u00e9xico de la organizaci\u00f3n gastron\u00f3mica. The International Food &amp; Wine Society of London es la sociedad gastron\u00f3mica m\u00e1s antigua y de mayor renombre en el mundo. Su misi\u00f3n es la promoci\u00f3n del conocimiento y comprensi\u00f3n del vino y la comida, la mejora de su reconocimiento, y el fomento de la camarader\u00eda entre los que comparten los placeres de la mesa. Fundada en 1933 por Andr\u00e9 L.
