Para realizar el listado, Top Companies<\/strong> consider\u00f3 a las empresas que figuraron en el ranking S\u00faper Empresas 2021<\/strong>, donde The Dolphin Company<\/strong> tuvo presencia en los primeros 50 lugares, y las evalu\u00f3 con base en tres criterios: Prestaciones relacionadas con mujeres, aprobaci\u00f3n de la encuesta de trabajadores y presencia de mujeres en la direcci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
