{"id":47497,"date":"2021-07-19T09:31:03","date_gmt":"2021-07-19T14:31:03","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=47497"},"modified":"2021-07-19T09:35:27","modified_gmt":"2021-07-19T14:35:27","slug":"aumentan-cruces-maritimos-entre-cozumel-y-playa-del-carmen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=47497","title":{"rendered":"Aumentan cruces mar\u00edtimos entre Cozumel y Playa del Carmen"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Con el objetivo de establecer medidas que permitan un cruce seguro de Playa del Carmen a Cozumel, el Ayuntamiento encabezado por Pedro Joaqu\u00edn Delbouis y la Administraci\u00f3n Portuaria Integral de Quintana Roo, a cargo de Alicia Ricalde Maga\u00f1a, concretaron importantes acuerdos con las navieras Winjet y Ultramar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1.jpg\" data-rel=\"penci-gallery-image-content\" ><img fetchpriority=\"high\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"683\" src=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-1024x683.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-47501\" srcset=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-1024x683.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-1536x1024.jpg 1536w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-1920x1280.jpg 1920w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-1170x780.jpg 1170w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-585x390.jpg 585w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1-263x175.jpg 263w, https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/07\/ferry-cozumel-1.jpg 2048w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Durante una reuni\u00f3n en la que participaron ejecutivos de las dos empresas, Ultramar y Winjet, representantes de la Capitan\u00eda de Puerto, Secretar\u00eda Estatal de Turismo, el Ayuntamiento Cozumel y la Apiqroo, se acord\u00f3 lo siguiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>1.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cruces cada hora desde Playa del Carmen a Cozumel a partir de las 8 am y hasta las 2 pm.<\/li><li>2.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Cruces adicionales en horarios pico. Por la ma\u00f1ana, desde Playa del Carmen y, por la tarde, desde Cozumel.<\/li><li>3.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Se realizar\u00e1n 12 cruces diarios como m\u00ednimo y hasta 16 como m\u00e1ximo cuando se requiera<\/li><li>4.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 No se permitir\u00e1 consumir alimentos a bordo durante la traves\u00eda para que los usuarios utilicen el cubrebocas todo el tiempo.<\/li><li>5.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La desinfecci\u00f3n de los barcos se realizar\u00e1 cada 2 horas.<\/li><li>6.\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 La ocupaci\u00f3n de las embarcaciones no debe llegar al 80% de su capacidad.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Seguir\u00e1n alternadas<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abPor disposici\u00f3n de las autoridades federales, se les permite, mientras dure la emergencia sanitaria, alternarse los d\u00edas de servicio. Tanto el Ayuntamiento como la Apiqroo, manifiestan su rechazo a ese punto; sin embargo, recae en la jurisdicci\u00f3n de las autoridades federales.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Como autoridad municipal, se present\u00f3, por la v\u00eda formal, la solicitud para que se restablezcan los horarios diarios de cada naviera; sin embargo, esta es una ruta mar\u00edtima federal y, como Municipio, no tenemos facultades para sancionarlos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abSeguiremos insistiendo, solicitando la presencia de la autoridad mar\u00edtima federal, que en este caso ser\u00eda la Capitan\u00eda de Puerto, la Direcci\u00f3n de Puertos y Marina Mercante, que depende de la SCT del Gobierno Federal, para atender el tema, pero hasta que ese permiso federal, que existe, no se cambie, esta situaci\u00f3n continuar\u00e1, desafortunadamente\u00bb, dijo el edil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00abEn tanto, continuaremos con personal en las \u00e1reas de nuestra competencia, en los muelles de Navega, en Playa del Carmen, y San Miguel, en Cozumel, concientizando y haciendo respetar los protocolos sanitarios, el uso del crubrebocas, la sana distancia, uso de desinfectante, para mantener la seguridad tanto de la
