Imagina un pueblo m\u00e1gico construido a base de bamb\u00fa, donde se podr\u00e1 disfrutar al aire libre de espect\u00e1culos y adquirir productos de negocios locales, as\u00ed como disfrutar de la gastronom\u00eda local. Esta es la idea de IXUA, Barrio Palenque.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Se trata de un proyecto presentado por el despacho Lucila Aguilar Arquitectos, pensado como una ciudadela ecotur\u00edstica, a unos pasos de una de las estaciones del Tren Maya, en Chiapas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan la creadora, lo que quieren es comprobar c\u00f3mo la arquitectura y la naturaleza pueden estar juntos y que se puede construir con material renovable de cara al futuro. \u201cEs perfectamente viable sustituir los materiales que tienen una huella de carbono muy grande y sumar a ser parte de la soluci\u00f3n\u201d, asegura Lucila Aguilar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Est\u00e1 enfocado a quienes est\u00e1n interesados en la tendencia del glamping; tendr\u00e1 un espacio para presentaciones pedag\u00f3gicas en medio de la selva, debajo de un gran domo que cubre del sol a los visitantes. Adem\u00e1s habr\u00e1 exposiciones constantes del arte local.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A un lado del centro, habr\u00e1 callejuelas destinadas a las actividades comerciales, desde puestos de comida que utilizan las cosechas de la zona, hasta puestos de artesan\u00edas t\u00edpicas de la regi\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan el plan, los turistas podr\u00e1n hospedarse en dos hoteles sostenibles, uno de ellos conformado por construcciones sobre los \u00e1rboles y otro m\u00e1s familiar y seguro para los ni\u00f1os. Prev\u00e9n un mirador con vista de toda la jungla para apreciar las aves tropicales y un mariposario con muchas especies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
