Hemos llegado a un nuevo a\u00f1o \u00a1Bienvenido 2022! Esperamos seguir siendo productivos en esta nueva etapa. Por eso, este es un texto para todos los mayores de 50 a\u00f1os, aquellos que empiezan a sentir y a vivir la nueva tercera edad, pues aun cuando se establece que esto es posterior a los 60 a\u00f1os, definitivamente desde los 50 empiezan cosas nuevas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quienes hoy son esa \u201cnueva tercera edad\u201d, van m\u00e1s al gimnasio, buscan disfrutar y retomar hobbies o aficiones olvidadas y\/o postergadas, gustan de viajar, quieren sentirse plenos y vivir. Conocen y tienen m\u00e1s celulares, notebooks, tabletas, etc\u00e9tera.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa edad no es cronol\u00f3gica, es en realidad c\u00f3mo te sientes\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u00bfCu\u00e1ndo se hace uno viejo?<\/strong> <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Esta pregunta no busca herir las sensibilidades de ning\u00fan lector; la respuesta variar\u00e1, dependiendo de a qui\u00e9n se le pregunte y de la actitud con la que sobrelleve<\/strong> eso de volverse mayor.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero vale la pena saber que ahora somos gente de experiencia, y podemos y debemos aplicar lo aprendido; nadie est\u00e1 exento de llegar a esta etapa.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las mam\u00e1s siempre dec\u00edan \u201c\u00a1Ya llegar\u00e1s!\u201d, \u201c\u00a1Ya te ver\u00e1s como yo!\u201d\u2026 Y s\u00ed, son sabias, tienen raz\u00f3n. (Mam\u00e1 siempre tiene raz\u00f3n)<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cLa edad no debe determinar tu actitud; es tu actitud la que debe determinar tu edad.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nueva tercera edad hoy:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

<\/a>* No vive con miedos; ya sabe manejarlos y se r\u00ede.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* No abandona su pasi\u00f3n; sabe que el \u00e9xito es disfrutar el camino, no la meta. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* No pierde el estilo; ahora defiende su forma y ha llegado al punto de que le importa muy poco el qu\u00e9 dir\u00e1n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* No deja de so\u00f1ar; aprendi\u00f3 a descubrir que todo gran proyecto inicia con un sue\u00f1o. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* No olvida el amor; ya sabe y conoce la experiencia de dar, de una entrega plena y donde no existe una espera, se vive el presente, la experiencia del momento. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

* No tiene l\u00edmites; ya abri\u00f3 su mente a cosas nuevas y a determinar su apertura a vivir experiencias diferentes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

* No limita su espiritualidad; sabe que su conexi\u00f3n con esa fuerza magnificente es personal. Hoy sabe y conoce la importancia de diversas creencias, pero determina que su fe es algo propio.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
