Apuesto a que todos tenemos en mente muchas cosas por hacer, sobre todo porque el inicio de 2022 nos plantea grandes retos, despu\u00e9s de un 2021 dif\u00edcil por muchos aspectos. Pero es importante pensar m\u00e1s all\u00e1 de fines personales o laborales; \u00bfqu\u00e9 tal pensar tambi\u00e9n en el planeta? Sin duda, la Tierra, nuestro hogar, nos permiti\u00f3 ser hu\u00e9spedes honorables otros 12 meses y aqu\u00ed va de nuevo, entreg\u00e1ndonos d\u00eda a d\u00eda los recursos que necesitamos para continuar marcando paso. Por eso es vital continuar generando consciencia acerca de su cuidado, una encomienda que nos corresponde a cada uno de nosotros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Presentamos algunas recomendaciones para que tu estilo de vida no est\u00e9 peleado con el medio ambiente:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Consume local: Esto tiene una huella ambiental menor, y por lo general, se cultivan o producen en negocios peque\u00f1os, utilizando pr\u00e1cticas m\u00e1s sostenibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Comparte: Dona alimentos no perecederos a un banco de alimentos local y valora formar parte del coluntariado.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Reduce el desperdicio de alimentos: Se tiran toneladas de comida a la basura. Reutiliza; acopia en recipientes reutilizables las sobras y planea los alimentos de los siguientes d\u00edas en funci\u00f3n de eso.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Planea tus compras: haz un inventario de todo lo que ya tienes en casa y compra s\u00f3lo lo que necesitas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>* Espacios verdes: Procura tener m\u00e1s plantas en tu hogar; cualquier espacio es perfecto para un peque\u00f1o
