Se desarrollar\u00e1 en una superficie de ocho hect\u00e1reas en la SM 253 y se est\u00e1n por obtener los permisos y licencias de construcci\u00f3n para arrancar con el desarrollo del conjunto habitacional, que estar\u00eda listo en un plazo de 18 a 24 meses\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Dijo estar consciente de que la tendencia en construcci\u00f3n de vivienda se ha modificado al paso de los a\u00f1os al pasar de d\u00faplex a cu\u00e1druplex y \u201chasta m\u00e1s\u201d, por lo que los gobiernos ven en el desarrollo vertical una manera de optimizar servicios y tener un mejor control en el crecimiento de la mancha urbana.<\/p>\n<p>El proyecto, agreg\u00f3,\u00a0 significar\u00e1 una inversi\u00f3n importante y promete\u00a0 opciones diferentes con departamentos cuyas superficies oscilan entre los 62 m2 y los 80.7 m2, dependiendo de los cuatro formatos a elegir, por lo que de ninguna manera se sumar\u00e1n a los \u201chuevitos\u201d que com\u00fanmente se venden en el destino.<\/p>\n<p>El complejo habitacional, adem\u00e1s de contar con departamentos de mayor superficie se realizar\u00e1 con materiales que optimizar\u00e1n el uso de energ\u00eda. Contar\u00e1 con \u00e1reas comunes, cuatro albercas, \u00e1reas verdes y jardines, siete canchas de futbol r\u00e1pido, gimnasio al aire libre, una peque\u00f1a tienda de servicio, luminarias LED y todos los detalles que implicaron m\u00e1s de un a\u00f1o de elaboraci\u00f3n del
