Los usuarios podr\u00e1n navegar a una velocidad de 20 megabits por segundo desde sus dispositivos m\u00f3viles: smartphones, tablets y m\u00f3dems.<\/p>\n<p>Para poder navegar en la nueva red Telcel es necesario contar con un equipo, m\u00f3dem o Tablet LTE y un chip compatible, disponible en los Centros de Atenci\u00f3n a Clientes de Telcel. Si el usuario ya cuenta con un plan de renta y el equipo, \u00fanicamente ser\u00eda necesario actualizar el chip. En Canc\u00fan, segunda ciudad del Sureste despu\u00e9s de M\u00e9rida en contar con 4G, hay cerca de tres millones de usuarios.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCanc\u00fan es una de las ciudades m\u00e1s importantes a nivel nacional, por su creciente importancia en t\u00e9rminos econ\u00f3micos y tur\u00edsticos, y con la red 4G LTE se inicia una nueva etapa. Telcel tiene planes de crecimiento en todo el estado con la instalaci\u00f3n de un Centro de Atenci\u00f3n a Clientes (CAC) en Chetumal y otro en Cozumel para el 2014. En Canc\u00fan recientemente inauguramos el primer CAC bajo el concepto de mayor amplitud en las instalaciones y mesas de experiencia para que el cliente pueda familiarizarse con los equipos antes de hacer una compra\u201d, comenta Gabriel Guti\u00e9rrez Castrej\u00f3n, director de la regi\u00f3n ocho de Telcel.<\/p>\n<p>Ser\u00e1 hasta diciembre que el total del municipio Benito Ju\u00e1rez cuente con cobertura 4G, ya que actualmente existen algunas zonas donde a\u00fan se realizan las labores de instalaci\u00f3n de la plataforma para su uso. En aquellas zonas fuera del alcance de la tecnolog\u00eda 4G, los nuevos equipos compatibles con LTE podr\u00e1n seguir en servicio sin ning\u00fan problema conectados a la red
