C<\/b>on la visi\u00f3n de continuar creciendo como consorcio empresarial enfocado en el sano esparcimiento de las familias a trav\u00e9s espacios para la protecci\u00f3n y preservaci\u00f3n de las especies marinas, al tiempo que sirve como plataforma de promoci\u00f3n tur\u00edstica en los destinos donde se encuentra establecido, The Dolphin Company anunci\u00f3 que cerr\u00f3 una importante negociaci\u00f3n con Ventura Entertainment.<\/p>\n

En una muestra de su r\u00e1pida recuperaci\u00f3n econ\u00f3mica, concluy\u00f3 el proceso financiero que le permiti\u00f3 liquidar sus pasivos a corto plazo con sus financieros actuales, as\u00ed como los derivados de la m\u00e1s reciente adquisici\u00f3n en Florida, y a su vez, cerrar la primera etapa de la adquisici\u00f3n de ciertos activos con Ventura Entertainment.<\/p>\n

Con esto, la empresa asume la operaci\u00f3n de los parques Ventura Park en Canc\u00fan, Selv\u00e1tica en Puerto Morelos, Fly & Ride en Riviera Maya, Selva M\u00e1gica en Guadalajara y los h\u00e1bitats de delfines Dolphinaris Canc\u00fan, Dlphinaris Riviera Maya y Dolphinaris Tulum.<\/p>\n

Adem\u00e1s, sujeto a las autorizaciones en proceso, se a\u00f1adir\u00e1n en un futuro Dolphinaris Barcel\u00f3 y Dolphinaris Cozumel.

Alta expectativa<\/b><\/p>\n

Con estas adquisiciones, esperan recibir en los pr\u00f3ximos 12 meses alrededor de tres millones de visitantes en los 35 parques y h\u00e1bitats en los ocho pa\u00edses donde se encuentran, llevando la experiencia de una empresa nacida en Canc\u00fan hace ya 27 a\u00f1os y que son parte del proceso de expansi\u00f3n y crecimiento.<\/p>\n

Eduardo Albor, CEO del consorcio, expres\u00f3 sentirse muy orgulloso de sumar a su organizaci\u00f3n los parques y h\u00e1bitats de Ventura Entertainment, y seguir llevando el mensaje educativo y ambiental que s\u00f3lo los delfines pueden transmitir a los millones de visitantes que cada a\u00f1o reciben en sus parques.<\/p>\n
