Indudablemente uno de los tesoros de nuestro pa\u00eds es su riqueza culinaria; por eso, no es de extra\u00f1ar que dos restaurantes mexicanos se colocaron una vez m\u00e1s en la lista de The World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants 2022 dentro de los 10 primeros lugares. De esta manera, la gastronom\u00eda mexicana, representada por chefs de primera, dejan en claro por qu\u00e9 las creaciones mexicanas destacan dentro de las mejores y m\u00e1s reconocidas del mundo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El primero de ellos es Pujol, de Enrique Olvera; inici\u00f3 en el a\u00f1o 2000 como un sue\u00f1o de mostrar todo sobre la gastronom\u00eda mexicana e historia a trav\u00e9s de t\u00e9cnicas \u00fanicas y especias inimitables que figuran a la perfecci\u00f3n en cada platillo. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Constantemente suele ocupar los primeros lugares de los restaurantes mejor calificados en Am\u00e9rica Latina y en ocasiones ha figurado ya en rankings a nivel mundial, tanto por sus platillos como por una denotada experiencia cautivante. Este 2022 es la tercera ocasi\u00f3n que Pujol se posiciona en la lista de The World\u2019s 50 Best Restaurants 2022 ocupando la quinta posici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otro destacado en este ranking, en la posici\u00f3n n\u00famero nueve, es Quintonil, que adem\u00e1s celebra 10 a\u00f1os de ofrecer lo mejor de la comida mexicana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En este lugar, el uso de ingredientes locales siempre frescos entrelazados a la perfecci\u00f3n con sabores y t\u00e9cnicas tradicionales mexicanas, figuran como semblante de un cl\u00e1sico culinario que debes visitar en la Ciudad de M\u00e9xico.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
