sorpresa tanto en sabor, como en presentaci\u00f3n.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El nombre de este santuario culinario se remite a los antiguos mayas, quienes consideraban que los alimentos estaban dotados de un valor sagrado y por eso los preservaban en grandes cestas llamadas xaak, las cuales pend\u00edan en lo alto de sus hogares, manteni\u00e9ndolos en \u00f3ptimo estado y lejos de cualquier amenaza,
