{"id":51157,"date":"2022-09-02T08:00:39","date_gmt":"2022-09-02T13:00:39","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=51157"},"modified":"2022-09-02T08:00:55","modified_gmt":"2022-09-02T13:00:55","slug":"beneficiate-con-el-matcha-y-el-te-verde","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=51157","title":{"rendered":"Benef\u00edciate con el matcha y el t\u00e9 verde"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Las tendencias hacia lo saludable, lo natural y lo org\u00e1nico, van en crecimiento; si hasta hace unos a\u00f1os las nuevas generaciones ya ven\u00edan encaminados en este sentido, a ra\u00edz de la pandemia esto se aceler\u00f3 y, afortunadamente, gan\u00f3 m\u00e1s adeptos. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ejemplo de ello es el consumo tanto del t\u00e9 verde como el matcha, componentes de origen japon\u00e9s que se utilizaban en rituales de meditaci\u00f3n por los monjes asi\u00e1ticos desde hace a\u00f1os y que en la actualidad, siguen siendo bebidas muy populares y su consumo es alt\u00edsimo, ya que est\u00e1 comprobado que aportan grandes beneficios a nuestro organismo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Debemos saber que ambos vienen de la hoja de Camellia Sinensis, pero su sabor, textura, obtenci\u00f3n y el proceso de preparaci\u00f3n son muy distintos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aclaremos: el matcha es la hoja triturada, lo que lo hace tener un sabor mucho m\u00e1s intenso y una textura aterciopelada y m\u00e1s cremosa. Mientras que el t\u00e9 verde convencional se adquiere por la infusi\u00f3n de agua caliente con la hoja encapsulada. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Es por esto que una taza de matcha equivale a diez tazas de infusi\u00f3n de t\u00e9 verde. Adem\u00e1s, el matcha por ser un polvo y no una infusi\u00f3n, se puede utilizar no solo como bebida, sino que tambi\u00e9n se puede agregar a postres y\u00a0<em>smoothies<\/em>, entre otros.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ambos ayudan a desintoxicar el cuerpo, mejoran la agilidad mental, impulsan el ritmo metab\u00f3lico, reducen la inflamaci\u00f3n y son preventivos de varios tipos de c\u00e1ncer. En suma, ambas bebidas aportan much\u00edsimas cosas buenas a nuestro organismo, as\u00ed que no dudes y empieza a consumirlas: \u00a1te sentir\u00e1s mejor d\u00eda con
