a los m\u00e1s necesitados en pago del predial en Canc\u00fan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Descuento del 50% en el pago del predial a grupos vulnerables, como parte de la campa\u00f1a \u201cAh\u00f3rrate una lanita\u201d<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Del 5 de diciembre 2022 al 31 de marzo 2023, el Ayuntamiento de Benito Ju\u00e1rez, a trav\u00e9s de la direcci\u00f3n de Ingresos, ofrecer\u00e1 el incentivo fiscal del 50 por ciento de subsidio en impuesto predial correspondiente al 2023, para ciertos sectores vulnerables que cumplan con diferentes requisitos, como parte de la campa\u00f1a \u201cAh\u00f3rrate una lanita\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Quienes podr\u00e1n hacer uso de este incentivo son: pensionados, jubilados y adultos mayores que cuenten con identificaci\u00f3n oficial.<\/p>\n<p>De igual manera, podr\u00e1n aprovechar el descuento los contribuyentes con discapacidad que tengan credencial o certificado expedido por la direcci\u00f3n de Salud Municipal de Benito Ju\u00e1rez.<\/p>\n<p>Los descuentos a la poblaci\u00f3n en general son: 15 por ciento, del 5 al 20 de diciembre 2022; 10 por ciento, del 21 de diciembre al 15 de enero de 2023; as\u00ed como de 5 por ciento, del 16 de enero al 28 de febrero del pr\u00f3ximo a\u00f1o.<\/p>\n<p>Tambi\u00e9n se aplicar\u00e1n otros subsidios fiscales del 5 de diciembre al 28 de febrero pr\u00f3ximo, que son: 50 por ciento menos en el pago de recargos y 100 por ciento en multas por concepto del impusto predial; as\u00ed como 50 por ciento en el pago de derechos por servicios de la Direcci\u00f3n de Catastro tales como cambio de propietario y cambio de condici\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/l21.mx\/wp-content\/uploads\/2022\/12\/ayuntamiento-Cancun-1.jpeg\" Contribuyentes con discapacidad que tengan credencial o certificado expedido por la direcci\u00f3n de Salud Municipal de Benito Ju\u00e1rez<\/p>\n<p>* Solamente aplicar\u00e1 el apoyo a un solo inmueble del ciudadano y que sea pagado en una sola exhibici\u00f3n por anticipado<\/p>\n<p>* El predio debe estar a su nombre, tener uso habitacional y ser de un valor hasta por 20 mil UMAS o un
