No obstante los avances que reporta la regi\u00f3n de Am\u00e9rica Latina y el Caribe en materia de transporte a\u00e9reo, que en las pr\u00f3ximas dos d\u00e9cadas espera un crecimiento en tr\u00e1fico de casi siete por ciento, para colocarla en posici\u00f3n de liderazgo, es necesario trabajar en conjunto con los sectores que intervienen en la industria para mantenerla a la vanguardia y enfrentar los retos que se presentan. Con este prop\u00f3sito se realiz\u00f3 en Canc\u00fan el X Foro de L\u00edderes de Aerol\u00edneas de la Asociaci\u00f3n Latinoamericana y del Caribe de Transporte A\u00e9reo (ALTA), al que acudieron unos 600 representantes de la industria. Eduardo Iglesia, director ejecutivo de la agrupaci\u00f3n, consider\u00f3 un \u00e9xito el encuentro y de vital importancia para \u201cestablecer en conjunto pol\u00edticas de facilitaci\u00f3n de negocio, de tr\u00e1fico y movimiento de personas, en una zona de privilegio\u201d. Se tocaron temas como la conectividad, competitividad, seguridad \u00e1rea, eliminaci\u00f3n de visados e incremento de tr\u00e1fico, entre otros.<\/p>\n
