En esta s\u00e9ptima edici\u00f3n, las nominaciones las llevaron a cabo 37 especialistas de la industria de la hospitalidad junto con el consejo editorial de Food and Travel, quienes propusieron, con base en su conocimiento y experiencia, a los chefs, restaurantes, bares, espacios gourmet, destinos, hoteles, aerol\u00edneas, experiencias wellness, cruceros y agencias de viajes que consideran deben ser parte de las 23 diferentes categor\u00edas.<\/p>\n<p>Las votaciones est\u00e1n abiertas en www.foodandtravel.mx y cerrar\u00e1n el 10 de febrero para poder llevar a cabo la ceremonia de premiaci\u00f3n el 23 de febrero.<\/p>\n<p>Por supuesto, en las nominaciones vemos algunos nombres del Caribe Mexicano; por ejemplo, el reconocido Jonat\u00e1n G\u00f3mez Luna y su restaurante Le Chique, figuran como Mejor Chef y Mejor Restaurante del Interior de la Rep\u00fablica.<\/p>\n<p>Como Mejor Hotel Sustentable est\u00e1 Andaz Mayakoba Riviera Maya y el Et\u00e9reo Auberge Resorts Collection.<\/p>\n<p>Grupo Xcaret destaca en Mejor Resort de Playa por el Xcaret Arte; y Mejor Hotel Boutique de Playa, con La Casa de la Playa.<\/p>\n<p>Como Mejor Experiencia Wellness compite tambi\u00e9n La Casa de la Playa by Xcaret y el Rosewood Mayakoba, Riviera Maya.<\/p>\n<p>Yucat\u00e1n tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 presente, como candidatos para Mejor Destino de M\u00e9xico (M\u00e9rida),
