Todos sabemos que la comida mexicana es vasta y deliciosa, reconocida a nivel mundial y que goza de gran prestigio entre los paladares m\u00e1s comunes hasta los m\u00e1s exigentes.<\/p>\n

Por eso, no es de extra\u00f1ar que en el sitio especializado en gastronom\u00eda Taste Atlas, tres platillos mexicanos entraron dentro del Ranking de la Mejor Comida Tradicional del Mundo.<\/p>\n

Uno de ellos, en el sitio 17, es la cochinita pibil, originaria de Yucat\u00e1n y un plato de influencia maya, que se prepara con cerdo y se marina con pasta de achiote, jugo de naranja amarga y ajo, para despu\u00e9s hornearse, desmenuzarse y servirse en tacos, tortas o solo.<\/p>\n

En el sitio 20 est\u00e1n las carnitas, originales de Michoac\u00e1n: tambi\u00e9n de cerdo, cocinado a fuego lento con su propia grasa, dando por resultado cortes de carne tierna por dentro y crujiente por fuera que se acompa\u00f1a con salsas, cilantro y cebolla.<\/p>\n

No pod\u00eda faltar el pozole, en el sitio 65. Data de la \u00e9poca prehisp\u00e1nica; con carne de cerdo, res o pollo, ma\u00edz pozolero como elemento principal, acompa\u00f1ado de especias, lechuga, cebolla, cilantro y r\u00e1banos.<\/p>\n

Pero la exquisitez y variedad de la oferta culinaria de M\u00e9xico tambi\u00e9n se encuentra en la calle. En este caso, el ranking de las 100 mejores comidas de la calle en el mundo, ubica varios de M\u00e9xico, destacando los tacos, cuya variedad es infinita; basta con tener una tortilla y ponerle cualquier guiso con carne, vegetales o salsas. \u00bfCu\u00e1l es tu preferido?<\/p>\n
