{"id":54504,"date":"2023-03-24T11:05:47","date_gmt":"2023-03-24T16:05:47","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=54504"},"modified":"2023-03-24T11:05:47","modified_gmt":"2023-03-24T16:05:47","slug":"la-amav-se-transforma-en-amatur","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/l21.mx\/?p=54504","title":{"rendered":"La AMAV se transforma en AMATUR"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>La Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Agencias de Turismo Receptivo se crea con el objeto de representar los intereses de las agencias de viajes receptivas de\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Canc\u00fan, Cozumel, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta y la Riviera Maya<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>La hasta ahora Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Agencias de Viajes en Quintana Roo (AMAV) inform\u00f3 que, a partir de esta fecha, se transforma en la <strong>Asociaci\u00f3n Mexicana de Agencias de Turismo Receptivo (AMATUR).<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Lo anterior fue dado a conocer por el <strong>Lic. Sergio Gonz\u00e1lez Rubiera, presidente de esta Asociaci\u00f3n<\/strong>, la cual integra a las asociaciones de agencias de viajes de Canc\u00fan, Cozumel, Los Cabos, Puerto Vallarta y la Riviera Maya.<\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cLa principal funci\u00f3n de las agencias de viajes de los destinos tur\u00edsticos de M\u00e9xico es la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios receptivos a mayoristas, tour operadores y agencias de viajes en l\u00ednea (OTAs por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s), quienes representan el 80 % de los turistas que arriban a estos destinos. En este sentido, conformamos <strong>AMATUR<\/strong>, con el fin de representar los intereses de nuestros asociados\u201d<\/em>, inform\u00f3 <strong>Gonz\u00e1lez Rubiera. \u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Amstar, Despegar, Best Day, Grupo Epic, Lomas Travel, Mayaland, Nexus Tours, Discova, TUI Group, Viajes Thomas More, Trafic Tours, Viajes Caribe Maya, Vacaciones Barcel\u00f3, World2Meet <\/strong>y<strong> Welcome Incoming <\/strong>son algunos de los socios de<strong> AMATUR <\/strong>quienes, junto con sus miembros aliados, dentro de los que destacan los principales proveedores de excursiones, como<strong> Xcaret, Delphinus, Dolphin Discovery, Alltournative, Aventuras Mayas, Captain Hook, Dolphinaris y Autotur, <\/strong>representan m\u00e1s de 10 mil empleos directos y 40 mil indirectos y un gasto anual de aproximadamente $600 millones de d\u00f3lares. (<em>Estas cifras corresponden exclusivamente a Canc\u00fan, Riviera Maya y Cozumel; no incluye Los Cabos y Puerto Vallarta).<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Dentro de las principales funciones de las agencias receptivas se encuentran: ofrecer servicios de transportaci\u00f3n aeropuerto \u2013 hotel \u2013 aeropuerto, ser anfitriones de los tour operadores, mayoristas y\/u OTAs, en los destinos y vender tours y actividades, entre otras.<\/p>\n<p>La mesa directiva de <strong>AMATUR<\/strong> tambi\u00e9n est\u00e1 conformada por <strong>Ivonne Opalin, Vicepresidente de Cozumel, Juan Carlos del R\u00edo, Vicepresidente de Los Cabos y Ernesto Covarrubias, Vicepresidente de Puerto Vallarta.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><em>\u201cEn <strong>AMATUR<\/strong> estamos muy entusiasmados con la puesta en
